I went into the store to get a phone and Apple Watch for the 99$ switch over deal. The employee charges me 245!!!!!!!! He said I was required to buy the case, insurance and screen protector which was not part of the deal. He stated it was included in the deal and I had to buy it. He said I had to buy it if I wanted the watch and phone. When I asked to talk to a manager he said I couldn’t and needed to come in on another day to talk to them. I ended up calling another store and talking to a manager to find out that none of those things were required for me to buy. So I was charged 65$ more than I had told him I wanted. He lied and falsely charged my card

If I can make this less than a star I would. Don't know who works here is on there own time. This my closest to my house. I'm switching to different carrier because I gave them several chances every time never open like they should frustrating.

Sold a malfunctioning phone and now can't return or exchange it. Metro has seriously gone downhill. Will be switching ASAP.

I didn't catch her name but she was working the closing shift Sunday 2/25. She was amazing and definitely deserves a promotion. She is not only bilingual which is awesome but she went the extra mile for us and it was late in the day but she so positive and full of energy.

Rafael and Becsx were very helpful. They went above and beyond to solve a problem that was a time consuming problem to solve. They did everything they could to fix it including calling management to get more advise on what they could do solve the issue. After it was all settled they even waived any fee that would normally have been included for transferring an old phone number with a different carrier to the current carrier. Rafael even came in to the store after receiving the call from Becsx on How to resolve the matter.

Friday September 29 10am I showed up to this store know one was there at 10:10 a lady showed up looking like she had a hang over looking frazzled. I ask her if she's open know she told me we will be open in 10 minutes so if your not going to open tell 10:30am why have signs saying your open at 10am this location is vary unprofessional wouldn't recommend going here.also If your going to be late you really don't need to have a attitude

Worst place ever no one answers there phone I thought of selling phone is to sell and make customer come back this place is a scam stay away everybody if they ain’t making commission they are pocketing your money. The lady told me every store is different and has the own regulations but there nothing advertised that I need to spend $50 to $100 in accessories just for one phone plus get insurance mind you there only pocketing the extra money for themselves and the owners are okay with it I will be reporting the BBB because they promoting versus what they are selling in store is wrong a fraud do to not get the product itself.

For a year, I was unable to access my account due to someone else changing my pin twice and adding a high security password on my account. I went in to buy a new phone and wasn't able to at first due to the high security being on the account. Rico was able to get in contact with the right people to finally help me solve this nightmare. And he even stayed late for me to buy a new phone! I cannot thank him enough for helping me out (:
