“I just walked in today cause a hat hanging up caught my eye, and a girl approached me (I'm bad with names but I wanna say her name was poppy or something) who had pink (and I wanna say green) died hair and glasses.This girl had to be the friendliest employee I've ever met at a Hot Topic in 17 years of shopping at various HT locations in many states. She told me about how much she loves the anime merch I was looking at, and she even showed me some hoodies she loved that i would have missed otherwise. I want to bring my wife in and work with her and get a lot of the cool shirts and hoodies I saw today. She's a breath of fresh air in retail and I think every HT should have an employee as friendly and engaging as her!Sincerely, KeithPs. “I needed to get measured for a friends wedding who is having us rent suits online. I didn't like the feeling of going into a store asking for something when I wasn't making a purchase. However the employee Berkeley Moore made me feel comfortable. He didn't just measure me off their standards but walked through the fitting questions from the online rental to ensure I got everything I needed.”

“I bought a pair of platform checkered vans several months ago. The toe area glue had failed and separated from the canvas. I was told by an employee that I could exchange for non wear related issues. Went back today and they not only exchanged the shoes but let me get a half a size up with no issues. Absolutely wonderful customer service.”

“I get a lot of my clothes from here, I got many tops and some Jean's. I almost always get my Jean's here. They are so comfortable and so cute. I love them. I also got multiple tops, and their clothes are always in season and so cute. It's not too expensive for most things. But can be pretty spendy if you look at the right areas. But this place is great”

“Please be aware that most, if not all, workers will be teenagers like many malls all over America(kids themselves)so be patient and kind.They can't learn if they're not allowed to make mistakes. For example, look at that angry lady below me complaining about fifty-five cents. The logical and actual reason that happened is because the employee hit the number 1 key twice by accident. I'm sure the employee learned to slow down from now on.To many of the parents/guardians: You need to watch your kids, period. End of story. If you need a place to sit and there's no where else to sit then leave the store this is not a place to sit down anywhere you want just like most stores in the mall. Walk your lazy butt to the 4 benches right outside the store I'm trying to shop and you're in my way.To the cashiers: Slow the f down and chilllll. Even if there's a rude customer it's better to go at your own pace and do it right vs rushing and doing it wrong. When you guys put clothes away you need to slow down as well it's not that serious.As for the clothes they're great thank you.To everyone: A little patience and kindness goes a very long way.”
