“I have called, rented and gotten things delivered or come into the store so many times I've lost track.  The whole staff has been so, sweet, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, considerate and reliable.  I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and will be recommending this business to anyone who will listen.”

“Well, I can't say I'm surprised because the reviews sing her praises. Suzanne knows way too much about how to put everyone in the exact same outfit in different ways. Thanks for the help girl, I've never looked better in my work pajamas! She even worked with another store to have a pair of pants sent directly to my house in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back. Did I mention everything she picked are the most comfortable scrubs I've ever worn? Cheers Suzanne.”

“As a 82 year old retired Surgeon's Assistant and above knee amputee. I do understand what its like to have a prosthesis that is comfortable to wear and fit well. In order for the prosthesis to fit well, you first needs a prosthetist that is experience in making a prosthesis. I have been wearing a prosthesis since I was 16 years of age. Retiring 15 years ago from surgery where I spent many hours standing at the operating table, it was important that my prosthesis had to fit well.Recently, I needed to replace my suction socket because of weight again. Every prosthetist I made an appointment with I was told they had never made a friction knee prosthesis/they nolonger had the equipment to do the alignment. In the meantime,I had to use crutches. I must say this, their are some prosthetistin the nearby Seattle Area should never be allowed to touch a patient. I must say also, never fall for when a prosthetist tell you that they can come to your home, office, library to fit you with a prosthesis or their fabrication is done elsewhere not in there clinic. Never fall for when you are told by the [prosthetist] they work out of their home. You're being had. I've been there before. After planning to fly to Provo Utah to have a new socket made my wife found a company in Portland Oregon. After making contact with Oregon Artificial Limb Company, I made an appointment. Carlos Lewis was my prosthetist. On my morning visit I was casted, I went back that afternoon. That afternoon Carlos had made me a socket, did the alignment and had me walking on my prosthesis.Carlos did more in 4-5 hours than the one prosthetist had done in6 months. And that no a joke.”

“Best pharmacy I have ever been to. A legend in Washington County. Terrific expertise among the staff. We bought a transport wheelchair for my mother, which is just superb. I had been having some health challenges that my doctors have been unable to help me with and the pharmacist help me with an over-the-counter medication that solved my problem. Very grateful for this place!”

“Technical providers at NuMotion (ATPs and staff handling wheelchair adjustments) are highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Many have been in the field for lengthy periods. They know what is needed and have a high desire to be of assistance. I gave a 4 star rather than 5 due to the lengthy process often involved. To be fair the fault of this “process” may not fall entirely on the company but on Federal regulations and insurance approvals that are out of their hands. Navigating the process can be frustrating for everyone involved but I can’t say enough about the skill and intent to help on the part of the staff that works hands on with the consumers.”

“I needed petrie dishes for a time sensitive project. After I discovered another large supplier in the area didn't have the listed items in stock, I tried Nurnberg. I was willing to take only half the number I wanted, but then Abbie managed to locate a second sleeve, and even gave me a warning callback when she discovered they would be closing an hour early! Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”

“I had a great experience with a very kind young man named Eric, who switched out a bed for me because something was going on with the one I had been using. He made a great effort in making certain that I was able to sleep in a comfortable bed tonight. I recently had surgery and my comfort sleeping is very important to me and I just wanted to commend Eric for doing a fine job and going the extra mile to make sure that I’m comfortable here. Thank you so much.”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience while working with Angela. Initially, she came to my house when my new brace arrived, showing me how to put it on properly. No easy feat! She spent lots of time with me so I was comfortable with the process. Then, a second visit was necessary because I hadn’t worn my brace for quite a while and I forgot what to do! Again, Angela kneeled in front of me, coaching me patiently every bit of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience.”

“I found myself in Portland, having flown in from Pittsburgh, without my CPAP power cord. I tried sleeping without it and I couldn't. I felt I was being choked. I drove to Norco, which was a bit out of the way from client site's, to see what could be done. That's where the magic happened - the store associate, Ryland, let me borrow a loaner power cord from them, for free, to help me out get a good night's sleep. They didn't have any cords for purchase and they batteries they had cost several hundred dollars. I will forever be thankful for such an act of unprompted generosity and kindness. If you ever find yourself in Portland OR needing CPAP supplies, this is the place to go to.”

“Joe the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure the hospital bed was set up and safe. He came after work hours to replace parts that were temporary (we had no idea) he didn't feel right leaving it overnight. Keep him around he is an asset for your company.”

“I'm immensely grateful I found this company to supply me with a rollator. If you have Medicare/Medicaid, you know how difficult it can be to get what you need. My claim was made on Friday, with delivery to my door on Monday. Customer service communication thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, Ellecia!”

“I would recommend SleepTechnologies (1585 SW Marlow Ave Suite 110, Portland, OR 97225). Marti C. and Catherine were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was a walk-in after my old cpap machine quit working. I had been getting the run around from other DME's and the doctors office. Going 4 days without a cpap. Marti C and Catherine had one for me within hours. THANK YOU!!”
