I have called, rented and gotten things delivered or come into the store so many times I've lost track. The whole staff has been so, sweet, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, considerate and reliable. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and will be recommending this business to anyone who will listen.

I had to cancel a wheelchair rental during the 11th hour due to my boss canceling her trip due to a health issue. The wheelchair rental was out for delivery when I called. They are not charging my boss a cent for canceling at the last minute. Incredible.

If you want to be ignored while the staff is talking to other customers about totally unrelated issues like who is moving in the area and how long they've been there and how times have changed, go to this location. The is no urgency or respecting customers' time.

I went to McCann's medical today and will NEVER go back! My husband is going into assisted living soon and there are several items I need for him. I went in and walked around to see if the items I need were available. There were several staff behind the counter and in the 15+ minutes I was there no one ever acknowledged I was even there, asked it they could help me, said I'll be with you in a minute...NOTHING!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!! (Would give NO stars if I could).

Went in to fill a prescription for medical equipment. Although they do not bill insurance and it was clear that we needed to bill the insurance...so no sale. Ginny not only helped us pick the best item but she also took the time to write down the model number and the price for us AND told us where to go to get the item where they bill insurance. Ginny is the epitome of proper customer service. I will wholeheartedly recommend doing business here if this the their standard way of doing business!!!

I scheduled a medical device rental online and paid for delivery. I received the confirmation email and was charged, but never received the delivery. I called and left a voice mail and did not get a callback. I am disputing with my credit card company now and left a second voicemail.

I really wanted to attend a pretty big deal ball but was really wrestling with the logistics because I am fine until I am not and I am told I need to take it easy which I do not. I am recovering from two damaged ankles and will be doing great until I get woozy from pain or just the injuries - our bodies get tired and stamina is a thing FYI. So when my body tells me I need to sit right now it is already too late. So I tend to avoid anything where I will need to be walking a large volume etc unless I have some control - aka grocery cart etc. Canes only do so much and walkers are a logistical nightmare. A lot of places like the art museum to see the exhibits have wheelchairs either manual or electric you can borrow but events do not. Having experience years past where I did rent a wheelchair, I knew this was an option and decided to do this again. Last time I did not pick it up or return it and this time I did it all myself. I called ahead and they saved me a seat, Hahahaha...bad I know... But they sure did and even delayed it a few days since with their hours and location and my work schedule it was a touch tricky to get there. They are just a bunch of kind people trying to help out. The rental was still $55 per month. I was trying to get there during the weekend to return it and just could not make it happen so I was a few days in and they did not even charge me for the extra time. There was not even a discussion about it...again, they just make it so easy to do business. I imagine they see some pretty rough circumstances and things people have going on which are causing whatever bodily device they are needing. I know I get exhausted before even making some calls on medical drama because it is just challenging so I beyond appreciate people on top of their game trying to just get you what you need. They have a location in Hillsboro too and I have to say that their stock of helpful devices and such is pretty amazing though I have just rented a wheelchair. They really look to be a great resource - getting put into an ADA situation suddenly is pretty overwhelming and figuring ways toward better mobility are a challenge - I had an occupational therapist testing products and helping me order the right things while I was still in the hospital. It is amazing how many items are available to assist though.

I brought my mom’s walker to this store to have the brakes adjusted but Jim (so observant!) noticed that a critical bolt was missing. He just kept trying different bolts until he came up with a fix that made the walker safe again. I am so grateful! My mom could have taken a bad fall. Very caring and professional service. Plus a really nice store. Definitely worth traveling a distance.

I brought my walker in for maintenance last week and was so impressed with the staff and their helpfulness.Also thank you Brent for not only fixing my problem but going above and beyond and replacing the other brake line.I’m telling all my friends who need medical supplies to go to McCann’s!I was very impressed with all of you- thank you!Elizabeth English

Took my electric mobility scooter here for service to have the batteries replaced. Brent was great, got it in the day after I called and had it serviced and ready to go the same day I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend and return here for all my mobility equipment needs!
