So far in the past few months, I have bought from them, my stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer, and dishwasher. Not only did they give me the best service, but they also gave me the best prices. Delivery was amazing. I would not go anywhere else.

Ordered a product from the Tigard location to be delivered. Then had a few questions and spoke to a young man in appliances only to get no help, with disrespect and an attitude. Eventually had to call a different Lowes, which I chose Clackamas and got a very friendly and helpful person. Worth noting. Product was completely acceptable, so the rating is purely on how bad the follow up lack of customer service was.

It's big box. Yet, this one seems friendlier than the average. The lady at self checkout at 9:30 a.m. was so pleasant. Maybe they're trying to save money on electricity as the store seemed dark, kind unwelcoming.

The young men at Lowe's home improvement went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location. I have excellent customer service every time I walk into the tigard location. Big shout out to Alex , Rowan and Zach !!!!

I would give a negative rating. the curbside pick up for large amount of compost was horrible. the person throw the bags very messy inside the sedan. it was72 degree sunny day but has no attitude but rude.

If you need Garden Help, find Barry - this guy saved.the.day. For real, he walked me around the garden center, helped me get the best bang for my buck, and escorted me to checkout to make sure the deals were communicated appropriately to the checker. He was knowledgeable and super helpful. The meaning of customer service is expressed by Barry. Highly recommend!

I was stuck between 2 different generators and wanted to see them out of the box. I just wanted to cut the tape so I could measure them to see if they fit in the boxes on my truck. Sales guy and manager were less than helpful. Guess I am off to Home Depot.

After searching around town for a new washing machine and finding very few stores that had any available for almost immediate delivery I decided to go to one of the big box options. Not sure why, but I prefer Lowe's to Home Depot, so that's where I headed. As luck would have it they were having a "truck sale" on appliances so I was ready to get a "great deal". I guess more than $200 bucks off on both the washer and the dryer is better than nothing (gotta have a matched set, sorry). Sadly, they won't allow for the Veteran's discount on top of the sale price, which I begrudgingly understood. The young man who was helping me was very sweet and was able to pull up inventory to confirm that they had them somewhere close and actually walked to the warehouse to make sure the set they said they had was really there. That process only took a minute and then we looked up shipping. He had told me that it might take up to a week and a half, but Tada!, tomorrow 1 day later, my new washer and dryer are being delivered and the old broken washer and perfectly good Dryer are being hauled away. My son tells me I should take the time to sale the dryer, lots of people just want one that works, but I don't feel like having a dryer in the middle of the kitchen or on the back patio until someone comes to take it off my hands. Overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Ordered screen door on line.They called when the product was ready to pick up. Parked in a receiving parking lot. Part was delivered to my car within five minutes. Great for old people with problems!

Very bad place to deal with. I placed an order that they had dropped shipped from a 3rd party. They screwed up the order somehow, I confirmed I ordered the correct thing. But they would take absolutely no responsibility in fixing the problem. I had to place another order over the phone, which shows up nowhere, and pay again. Then when I get the product I have to go down to the store a get a refund on the first mess up. All on my dime and my time. Sucks

We ordered a shed from Lowe's home improvement last summer, and paid additional to have it professionally installed in our yard. The installation was fast and efficient and everything looked good at first. But the next day I noticed that the vents that we had paid extra for weren't installed this was already after we had painted the shed and filled it with our garden things. I called the number of the installation company to let them know and They said I would need to schedule with the individual Contractor, And said they would let him know to contact us. Every time he contacted us or had available time did not work with our time and we kept trying to get a time scheduled that worked for both of us he finally gave up and I haven't heard from them since. Since then the doors are sagging the lock assembly was put together shabbly and it won't stay locked and the door sticks shut. I would never recommend spending extra money to have them professionally install their sheds.

Went here to buy a freezer. I get there and they have 2 of what I want in stock! Awesome!!! Floor guy said, "Well, we found it and we can't get it out from the back. Sorry!" How do you stay in business when someone comes in and says, "here take my money," but you don't have a loader available to move a few items around to help make the sales? Normally I'd move on with life but this is a warehouse... moving things would be considered essential business needs. Unacceptable. I'm giving the floor guy 1 thumbs up for being honest, however this is still a very poor business model. Another reason why Lowe's has horrible reviews.
