Very poor layout with bulk chocolate candy bins on one side of the store and the bags to put the candy in on the opposite side of the store?? Wouldn't it make more sense to place the bags in or near the bulk bins to make it more convenient for the customers?

It's a small shop loaded with a variety of candy. The shop is super clean and workers there are super friendly. They sell Macaroons cookie. The shop is located right inside the Washington Square Mall. Parking is free and it is a wheelchair accessible.
