So I live far away in a small town and needed help finding the product I was searching for and I think her name was Joanna, she was beyond helpful and sweet, she also let me know I can call the store to order what I want to get shipped right to me =)

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I've encountered the most snobby, racist and extremely rude OLD lady employee at the Washington Square location. Do NOT go there if you are new to the store, are of ethnic background, not want to be profiled or belittled! Shame on the entire staff that works there for allowing such childish behavior. DISGUSTING!

I asked the manager which items are their original and manager scoffed or laughed. The employee i was talking to asked what I meant and I said, the ones you have had for a long time, original l’occitane products. Lotion i got smelled great for about five minutes but doesn’t last long. Smells just like bath and body.

I came into the store late Sunday afternoon. No other customer inside but me. I was looking for something similar to Burt's Bees. The lady who I talked to was not helpful and visibly upset by my question. I give them 2-stars because they had a nice looking layout of store. I think if I was a woman, she would have been more empathetic.Side note, the store is open on Sunday, even though on Yelp it displayed closed.

I have been shopping here for years. Today I came in to re buy a few if my stables. The absolute worst CS I have ever received there. Ennis was rude and Argumentative . Not helpful at all. Anyways. Next time I'll go on line, but They still have the best handcream!!

I love the mens line hand lotion. I stop here to buy several at a time because people ALWAYS want to try it when they smell it. I might use half of what i buy and end up sharing the other half. Great products

Friendly staff. She let me know there was a 20% off deal that I had not previously known about. Great products. The store opens at 11am on Saturdays, half an hour later than the rest of the Mall.

This sales associate claims she is the store manager. Do not work with her, she is a liar and does not honor return policy. The worst customer service experience ever. She said she could not give her first name out because it was private. Does not even seem like the product works with her dried out face. I feel like I walked into a trashy dive bar and was talking to a disgruntled bartender, no etiquette, no interpersonal or helpful skills at all.

Excellent natural French skin care boutique. They have a men's line also in the back area. You can also order online and pickup in the store to save on shipping. Enter thru the Cheesecake Factory entrance to get there fastest.
