Alex showed up and in 30 minutes, identified the problem, fixed the problem, showed my Dad how to do it himself next time, adjusted the lines to the dishwasher for better efficiency, adjusted the water pressure in the dishwasher to flush particles better and verified that the water heater was not degraded. This was what excellent service looks like.”
