Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in with my 3 young children and the cashier had to problem spending an extra few minutes with me explaining the difference between 2 lotions. Not once did me or my children receive a peeved look.

I really hate to leave this review & my apologies to the Store Manager. This is actually due to Kiehl’s customer service line, the team at this location has always been amazing but I have to leave this review somewhere.I’ve been using Kiehl’s for several years now & love the products, unfortunately this experience has permanently changed that & I’ll now go with another brand.I purchased online for store pickup on 11/28. All 3 items were 30% off plus I had $20 in rewards that I used. The order was cancelled by the store as one of the items was out of stock.I called customer service to inquire about the rewards & the rep said it would take 24-36 hours for them to show back up so I could replace the order. No biggie, I’m patient.I waited, but they never showed up. I called again & the rep said no, it should take up to 48 hours. No biggie, I’m patient.I waited, but they never showed up. I called again & the rep said no, it should take up to 72 hours. No biggie, I’m patient.I waited again, but they never showed up. I called again & the rep said no, it should take a month… A month?!?! My time is valuable & I expect a higher level of integrity than this.If doing the right thing doesn’t mean anything to Kiehl’s, I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere & support another brand.** UPDATE **Its been over a month & guess what... Not a peep from this dumpster company. What a surprise... ?-M

Finally stopped by for my skin consultation and goodie bag after the wonderful webinar hosted by Kiehl's last Thursday. Store clerks were both friendly and personable. Huge shout out to Makenna who did a ready run through of helpful products that would be great in addressing some of my main skin concerns. You could tell they were experts as they took their time and delved into product formulations and recommendations on what would work best on my dry, sensitive skin. It was great hearing their advice and I walked away feeling more knowledgeable and ready to tackle on my maskne. She also followed up with an email of all the recommended products. Also in case anyone doesn't know, they actually have a rewards/store credit program available for recycling store products. Anytime you finish a product, just drop it off at your nearest Kiehl's and they will reward you with some store credit! I never knew about this, but I think it is awesome. Really professional service, can't wait to try out the samples and will definitely visit again!

Love love love what they have going on here. I was so excited after the event that I was there the very next day. It's just to the point where I am almost too late but better late than never. Taking care of my skin needs to happen now and it is. Went through a couple of options and talked about my son and my concerns. Them covered a couple of areas for my friend. Dark circles and dry patches in a couple areas. Sure hope these products help my friend. They really went into a deep dive about what I was using and how their products were a little more focused on what I needed. Really like the sun screen options. What can I say super friendly service. Advice I felt like was expert and the right products for my friend's concerns. Definitely can't wait to give these products a try and start looking fabulous again. My friend is also excited. I can't believe I left with so much bit the service just made me feel like I was in good hands. The mall location was a little hard to find bit that is not their fault. No directory and nobody wants to talk or give directions. I will follow up with younger looking photos

I have the same experience as someone else mentioned earlier, driving to store for 30 mins and told by the in store customer service that my order was cancelled, while according to my emails received from Kiehl's, my order is still valid. Guess what, they do not even have "oh, sorry" this time, they just stood there and looked at me. Never return.

Poor customer service. Drove 20 miles because their add they sent me said they had a certain gift set I wanted. They didn't have them and all the girl there said was "oh sorry". I will not be back.
