This branch is not good, the bank teller Amy is rude she told me I can go to a different bank instead of staying with Keybank. I went to a different branch that was a lot more kind & professional. I recommend going to this branch instead,4735 SW Hall Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97005

I just came in to cash a check from a Work client who wrote my name as Lex rather than my full name which is Alexandra The reason why everybody always writes Lex is because my name has 22 letters in it just in the first and last and so with ID and a second form of ID with Lex as my name they told me to kick rocks at this location..I’ve never had any problems anywhere else especially since all of my other cards have Lex as my name rather than my full name never been an issue until today. It’s not like they can’t look up the fact that I have been cashing checks from this client for the last few months now without any glitches. if it’s a bank policy then why doesn’t everybody follow it apparently just this guy can’t tell that I’m who I say I am

I have banked here for over 10 years and could not be happier. I have several business and personal accounts. The staff has changes over the years, but all have been very attentive to our needs. The current staff are amazing!

Worst bank ever. I have had a business account with KeyBank for about 7 years. Never been happy! Each branch is a different empire, has its own rules. Stuff they do in one branch is a crime in an other one!! Things like cashing checks or depositing checks.. your personal checks... when I opened the free business checking it was supposed to be free. They start charging me a monthly service fee few months later... There is no friendly understanding issues at all. Everything is like straight military rule. I couldn’t switch in the past because many of my client accounts and bills are linked to this account, but now it is time and the effort worth it. Do not waist your time here.

Went in for a deposit. People were ok nice. On my way out I spotted a blonde... oh my goodness.. let’s just say I am a loyal client now for as long as she’s employed.

Don't use this bank and DONT EVER use ZELLE!!!!!!!Crap crap crap crap Crap!!! I just wrote a whole review that was conveniently erased!! Long story short I will be closing my account and going to another bank as they have decided to hijack my funds for absolutely no reason and waste 2 plus hours of my time in hold and being transferred!! I have been putting up with them for 6 months and I am done being nice!!!

Ashley, Amy, and rest of the team at this branch provide exceptionally attentive and friendly service to their customers. I have had numerous interactions with them over the years regarding a wide variety of banking activities and have always been treated very well. It is very nice to have a bank where you know that your business is appreciated and you are treated as an individual. Thanks!

I've been a customer with this bank for the past 10 years. I have not had any unpleasant events whether I bank during a walk in or use their atm, and they are customer friendly.

Ashley Bouchard, the Bank Manager at this location, gets an A+++ for easy and enjoyable to work with. I was referred to her to get a HELOC loan. She answers emails immediately, picks up her phone, and gets everything done quickly and painlessly. I may change all of my banking from Wells Fargo to Key Bank just because she made me think that Key Bank is good at choosing staff. I like working with smart, efficient people, especially at the bank. Way to to, Ashley!

I have been working with Ashley Bouchard on an equity line. Working with her has been fantastic! She is very thorough, professional and always willing to help. She even came into Portland and met with me at a branch close to my office to sign papers. That is a type of dedication that you don't see with most banks. I have never banked with KeyBank. What an amazing experience! Highly recommend Ashley for any of your banking loan needs.

I asked for a lower rate on my personal line of credit and they offered me a higher rate than I could get else where and closed my account without me knowing when I hadn't even gotten a call back about the rate. When I called the branch manager, he kept promising to call me back but never has. They are not what they used to be and their follow up is really poor. Got a much better rate at Banner Bank and I was a brand new customer. I guess Key Bank doesn't care about current customers or past relationships.
