JR furniture. I’ve purchased a couch/chase and in the past a dining room table and bed. It used to be good, but now it’s mediocre quality at best. We purchased the warranty type coverage that covers “damage” and issues is a waste of money. Don’t buy it if you choose to do business here. They are a scam. Be weary of your furniture upon delivery. They won’t cover damage if it’s discovered after it’s been installed/setup.

I was supposed to get a call if my merchandise was in this last week as it was supposed to be in and no call, nothing. So I called in on Sunday before 4 pm and it just went straight to voicemail and so I called 4 different times and same thing without any identifying store name or anything so I wasn’t sure if I even had the right store because it never said.Store is open till 7 PM tonight. You would think they would have somebody answering their phones. It’s ridiculous.

Found the perfect loveseat and laughed because it is pinkish sun faded I had ask the sales guy if he had a recliner in hot pink lol got a great deal people are great

We had bought a Love Seat and Recliner set from JR Furniture back at the end 2021. During 2022 the Recliner back broke and the Recliners level broke all within a week of each other. We had purchased a lifetime warranty on the mechanical and material of the the merchandise. It was a hassle to get someone out to fix both issues, plus it took months. Recently the level on the recliner broke. When calling them for a repair it was " well these were purchased in 2021 there are not parts for them" I will have my boss call you back later. A Quick search on Amazon we found the parts ( Ordered Multiple) Due to it braking often, We had it fixed in 20 mins. ...Be careful with the customer service and the quality of the product.

Very pushy salespeople; told them we were just looking and not ready to spend any money that visit. Literally followed us around the store asking the same question over and over; what can we do to get you to place a deposit on it today?When asking them about the price of something; well you know, cash talks, let’s talk about putting down a deposit.NOT the shopping experience I was hoping for.Found a lot of the Ashley furniture they sell on Amazon for hundreds of dollars less.Save your money, Mor Furniture is Tigard its way more professional.

Esai was wonderful. We told him what we were looking for, and he let us roam. He quickly provided us with a measuring tape when we asked and was knowledgeable when we had questions.We got the dresser we came for with a delivery just days away, and I found the table I've been hunting for, and he ordered that for us as well. All in all, it was a very pleasant time.

Bought an expensive leather set. One arm rest came punctured and called many times and they said they will order one and call Me back and never called. It's been weeks. I will dispute it with their bank and also don't recommend anyone shopping there. They promised to fix any issues once we got the furniture and I called them the same day and nobody seemed to care. Very very bad customer service. Shop at Mor Furniture instead.

I’m so disappointed! I purchased a expensive living room set with extended warranty and the first few days of having it one of the chairs was damaged when first using. I took pictures and emailed to Hillsboro store, found out after over nearly 2 months that they are closed so contacted Tigard and this is a HUGE issue. I have called hundreds of times they claim someone came to my house and saw the chair and ordered the part, NO ONE CAME! Then it’s been another 6 months and I call and call and call the manager never answers I’m at the point of getting legal assistance because they have not once honored the agreement and I’m still waiting for my chair to be fixed. Go elsewhere folks save your self the stress this company is not loyal and honest.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at JR Furniture. Penny and Anna were both an amazing help — they were both incredibly kind, thorough, and accommodating in their approach. I never felt overwhelmed or suffocated by their presence as we browsed (which is always a huge plus), but they were quick to locate and ready to answer any questions we had. I will definitely recommend JR to other friends looking for a quality, inexpensive, but classy piece. Thanks again, ladies!!!

I really love my furniture. The first time I went I found what I wanted but the couch was too big to fit in my building . The second time I found something smaller but I LOVE it! Juan and Eduardo went above and beyond in delivering and setting it up! Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would. Furniture (couch is falling apart after two months). Owner is very argumentative and won't stand by their product. Try and find every reason to not replace. Also treats women like second class citizens. Kept telling my wife to "calm down" when she was as talking to him, and she was not even getting excited. BUYER BEWARE!!DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
