“I lost a baguette in my diamond ring and went in to see if they could replace it. My issue was I was going out of town in 2 weeks time. I worked with Zahra and she was fabulous!!! She got the quote to fix it in 2 days and got it back to me with more than enough time prior to my trip. They replaced the baguette and refurbished the ring so that everything is now nice and tight, and cleaned it so that it now sparkles so nicely! She is wonderful to work with and I was so thankful that they could do this in such a short timeframe. This is my new go-to jeweler!”

“Hi, Wow, I can't believe the Bad Reviews of the Customer Service before me - makes me relieved I had a pretty nice guy who helped me today! I went in today to check out a Swarovski Ring I had seen online, and had thought they had in the WS Store.. Luckily it was empty on a Mon after lunch and Chris immediately was Avail, greeted me, and we went on a Search for the Ring. There was none there in my Color, so he searched and found 1 @ the Bellevue, Wa Store. so asked for them to send over a Form to Ship over, which sadly my Cell phone took Forever to receive (had to go outside) -it eventually came and I typed it out. But sadly I couldn't end up getting it b/c I wanted to pay w/ the AfterPay App (as I'm currently paying for an Engagement Ring so I couldn't pay this in Full).But I wanted to make a ShoutOut to the Swarovski Team that Chris was Great, he answered all my questions, tried to be accommodating and got me a Stool while we waited, and we joked abt having the same Swarovski watch (I have a blue version). I'm Sorry those other Customers had a bad time, I used to work in Retail and I KNOW how important Customer Service is. “We went to so many jewelry stores, looking for my husband's wedding band, and found the perfect gold band here. The staff were super nice and helpful and I really appreciated them. Other jewelry stores had staff that were either really pushy or had super sleezy salesperson vibes. Everyone I interacted with here was genuinely very kind and helpful and knowledgeable, and it just was like a way better experience than any of the other jewelry stores we went to. This is considered a "hypermarket"; one stop shop for grocery, drugstore, banking, clothing, jewelry, home decor, home improvement, garden, electronics, restaurant, shoes, sporting goods, toys, etc. Quality/Quantity - Wow, look at all the choices for the local beers!!!! Makes Safeway shameful... Atmosphere - This place is HUGE, like a Walmart of supermarkets. I think I got lost looking for the beer aisle. How do you own your own jewelry store? Service - N/A. Price - Good, cheaper than Safeway. :) Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success, Fred Meyer, since 1931 from Portland Oregon. 1931-1981 - Independent. 1981 - Acquired by KKR. 1998 - Now part of the Kroger family.”
