Couldn’t rave more about Jared and their excellent employees and customer service. From helping my fiancé pick out and design an engagement ring to helping us find our wedding bands this store has been nothing but 5 star customer service. And the rings are gorgeous too!
We never felt pressured to try to buy anything outside our budget. And each staff member introduced themselves to make us feel very comfortable. Allison, Stephanie, Connor and especially Will, helped guide this experience for us.

I took my Bulova watch in to have the battery replaced. I had been putting this off, because I was unsure where to take it and how much it would cost. I had some anxiety as I tried to decide what a fair price would be.
All of the employees were assisting other customers, but someone greeted me and told me they would be with me soon. I had to wait for several minutes for someone to become available. Then they quickly replaced my watch battery and didn't charge me, because I had to wait.
The next time I am looking for a watch, I will check Jared first.

All the workers here are very kind and helpful. Had to get my ring adjusted and they got me in and out same day since I live far. Glad to have my ring through such a great location with wonderful staff.

As my husband stated previously, don’t bother buying a custom piece from here.
There is a lack of expertise when it comes to creating the perfect piece for you and if you are unhappy with the outcome a refund is out of the question. The only thing that can be done with my ring is re-soldering it but that doesn’t fix all of the imperfections that was should have been seen my a skilled jeweler. With not wanting to waste any more of our time we asked to be refunded or given store credit and the rely was “my manager will call you in a few days”. It has been two weeks and still no word.

I was just in and saw Will, who helped me with my Tag Heuer watch. Even though the initial purchase was not through Jared, he took the time and consideration to go far above and beyond what I was asking for. I haven’t even purchased from them and because of the way I was treated, it’s a no brainer to make it my go to spot in the future. If you’re reading this Will, Thank you! You’ll see me soon enough!

Fabulous customer service and attention. We went to Jared's to find something similar to what we had seen online. They did not have any thing available but were able to custom create EXACTLY what we wanted. Most of it was done in house and in a very timely manner.

Very poor customer service from my experience. I needed to have a ring resized so I called this location and they said they would be able to do so in about 2-3 days. All they asked me over the phone was what type of metal the ring was, I told them and they said they would be able to resize it for me. I drove over an hour to drop it off and then the older woman that assisted me there told me that they wouldn't be able to since they only resize diamond rings. She also was fairly rude during the interaction and walked off before I could even ask anything else. It was clear she didn't care to help me, even after driving all that way and being told over the phone the phone they would be able to take care of it. I just wish I would have known all this before taking the time to go there. I definitely wouldn't recommend this jeweler and won't be returning in the future.

My fiancé and I went to Jared to look around at some wedding bands. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service that we received from everyone in the store, but specifically from Connor and Lisa. They both took the time to get to know us, ask questions about our wedding, and be very engaged and helpful with what we were looking for. They even tightened the clasps on her ring, and cleaned it for free! It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a jewelry store in a long time, and we were so happy to get to know them.

Wife and I had a wonderful experience at JARED Bridgeport. Working with Kris to customize a black diamond ring from 173 miles away was one of the best customer service experience. Kris communicated with me very well via phone/text / email providing pictures, pricing.Knowing that Kris still had to work with in store customers she still went that extra mile to accommodate my needs being I wasn’t able to just walk in to the store do to my distance.After few weeks of working together back and forth it was a satisfying day wife was happy with her new 10 year anniversary gift.Thank you, Kris and Will for the wonderful experience will be seeing you soon for another purchase.
