I had some initial challenges with the order, however the installers Tanner, Armando, Austin, Felix and Tim were very professional and completed the install on time. New bath looks great!

My installers were wonderful. Paul and Hiroki arrived a little early and went straight to work. They were very professional and answered all questions throughly. They didn’t mind one bit when I would drop in to check on their progress. I would have no problem them or Jacuzzi to others.

I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland. From the presentation to the end result they have been more than professional and easy to work with. I love my new walk in shower. Both Brian and Anthony were on time friendly and paid attention to details. Good job guys . I am one happy customer.

We had a new Jacuzzi shower put in. The two men who did the work did an excellent job. The shower looks wonderful. They did the work in one day and left the work area very neat and clean. Can't wait for the 24 hour so I can try it out. I highly recommend Jacuzzi.

Folks were polite but struggled completing the installation on time as committed and it was frustrating that the installers had no experience installing the bathroom doors they themselves recommended and the lead installer admitted that he had no experience installing the doors. So, no surprise that he installed the doors incorrectly and had to call back Jacuzzi to complain. To their credit, they reacted right away, sent people with the right training and experience who confirmed the door was installed incorrectly and unevenly. Unfortunately, this meant not only replacing the doors but one of the wall panels due to the fact that drilling new holes would be required. They now have to wait on materials before they can fix the issue.
Update 7/12/24
It has been 3 weeks now and I am yet to receive a call or update from Jacuzzi as to when they will be able to repair the door and one of the wall panels. It is interesting that when I signed the contract to proceed with the bathroom remodel, within a minute they were able to give me a commit date for installation. However, after the bathroom is finished and the work has been confirmed defective due to poor installation by their technicians, all of the sudden they can't even call with a schedule to fix and go missing in action.
Update 7/16
There was a 2nd remodeling project included in the contract with Costco/Jacuzzi, the Master Bathroom. The remodeled was completed on 7/10 by Ozzie and Luis. This time it was a different experience as Ozzie and Luis did a great job and ensured we were satisfied with the result. This was a more complex remodel and Ozzie walked us through the process, offered options, answered questions, and more importantly, he delivered a great bathroom remodel for us. I give Ozzie and Luis 5 STARS for their professionalism, expertise, and workmanship.
Unfortunately, I can't give Jacuzzi overall more than 2 stars due to the fact that they have still not communicated a plan to us about the other bathroom remodel and making the correction to the defective installation.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Portland replaced my 1970s tub and shower combination with a shower unit and glass doors. The marbled siding is easy to clean without seams or grout. The doors slide quietly and provide more light than the old shower curtain. I no longer have to worry about slipping in the tub or dealing with the dirty, old tile.

We are very happy with our tub to shower conversion. The work that Tyler and Valentineo did was great down to the smallest detail. We appreciated how they took care in entering/exiting our home and kept the mess to a minimum. Our team was awesome and the results are stunning. Thanks everyone!
