I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Anthony. This company is great they were able to book me in on very short notice. He walked me through every step of the way and gave me a breakdown of all the charges. They also do everything in their power to help you reduce the cost and help you financially. I called many moving companies and looked at many sites and they were the ones that had the best pricing. I most of all appreciated the genuine help and personableness of the people I worked with including Anthony. They are a company that I will come back to when I have to move again.

Stay away, do not trust with your belongings.
We hired ITS/Bekins to move us from OR to TX last summer and we had a terrible experience. They tell you one thing, but do another. The driver did not even inventory all our belongings, they got co-mingled with others stuff, and then they shorted us several boxes of our belongings. The driver made me sign the inventory list even though I told him, that I was not comfortable with it because he did not check off each item as it was delivered, and now Bekins is trying to screw us for hte value of our missing items because of this. Even though the driver kept referring back to the claim process to handle any lost items. I feel so deceived by this company, I cannot stress how terrible this experience has been, so much for hiring a national company, it was a HUGE disappointment.

I was very nervous and was glad that I was completely prepared for when Rey and Mariah came to load everything. Even if I hadn't been ready, they would have just jumped in and got it done. I was just moving from Portland to Tualatin but it couldn't have gone any smoother. They were both just great, even with the rain. They were also very soft spoken which helped cause less stress for my animals during the move. 100% will recommend!!!

The crew you send me was wonderful!
Rey, Oscar and Aidan (not sure of his name) were great. They make the move smooth. Nothing broke and they put together my bed, dinner room table and my china cabinet to name a few.
I will recommend to anybody that asked for movers.

From our initial contact to the move itself, this was a good quality experience. Communication with the company was always friendly and helpful. The moving crew went beyond expectations in being very helpful and asking good questions along the way.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This company acted as the agent for my move with *****. It was the most painful moving experience I have ever had and I strongly warn anyone against using this company. I booked this shipment a month before the pick-up window, 6 weeks ahead of the final delivery date mentioned in the contract. They were unable to secure a driver. There was little to zero communication on my move; I had to continuously chase them for updates. They continued to give false updates; the final delivery dates they provided were outside of the contact dates, putting them in breach of contract. They added us to an internal communication email so we could clearly see the negligence and lack of effort on their part in attempting to secure a driver. The crew that packed my belongings and move them were amazing! They were fast, yet careful, as they pack It was hot and we all were tired, but they made sure they safely got my furniture where I wanted it. I would recommend this company!
