Came in to get a gift. Girl at counter was very sweet but their machine wasn’t working. Andie came up and took over and was extremely RUDE. The machine puts the pin number twice every time you hit it. She was very impatient and then somehow delete the gift card I wanted. If she’s a manager she needs to be demoted and get a better attitude. The first girl was very pleasant.

Me and two of my friends were in this Clair's yesterday.. trying to buy some earring and an employee starting following my friend around. I'm guessing she thought she was stealing? But my friend had done nothing suspicious and we grew uncomfortable and left. We decided to head to an icing to get earring and the moment we walked in the door the women behind the counter rudely and aggressively told us to leave because the Claire's called. She said it and then started raising her voice at us being confused we asked why and she only yelled and threatened with security. We told a security guard and he believed us. I do not recommend this claires do to rude employees and terrible accusations. We were yelled at and humiliated in front of people for no reason.

i wish i could give -5 stars but i cant i walked in and looked around and tried to leave when i was done i didn't buy anything and as i was leaving the girl who owns the location attempted to stop me or something by blocking me and i tried to walk past her she pushed me back by pushing my boobs i am a minor this is completely unacceptable then had the nerve to ban me from the store this girl needs to be fired especially when working in a store where under age customers frequent having someone who intimates miners with power and authority and sexually assaults them also she screamed in my face she has a real problem

We came to get our daughter's ears pierced and as soon as I walked through the unlocked doors a girl yelled at me from behind the counter that they were closed. We made an appointment and left our number and no one had contacted us. It was 6:35 pm and the store was closing early due to weather. That was totally understandable, but to have someone yell at you and then not even apologize for the inconvenience of driving out to be turned away from a store that looked open is just bad customer service.

Worst customer service. Cashier with short black hair was extremely rude. Asked to see a piercing and she said she would keep it upfront instead of allowing me to see it first until I requested to see it.

My wife came to get her ear pierced. The lady at the front desk acted like we were begging for a piercing. She was really rude. I can’t imagine a person like that can be at the front and do customer service. Her co- worker and her kept looking at each other and smiled behind customers’ back. Not recommend this store.

A more mature environment than Claire’s;(some profanity on merchandise, such as “dance your a** off”) still the same company so similar sales and promotions, but I know I can count on this store if I want to spend a little too much money on a scrunchie ?

I went in today to get my 3rd hole piercings in both ears, it was a bit busy in their but Rylee pierced them for me, she was very kind, knowledgeable and very professional, she ran things so smoothly and calmly while there was literally around 10 people in the shop need her assistance as well, I was happy to wait as she did such a good job on my piercings, I truly love them and how cute they are on me, she suggested the 14k White gold with long stems, which is exactly what I wanted, the long stem ones are just so much easier to clean around and move. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely recommend Rylee because she was just awesome!

They always have great deals and the lady that was there was super super sweet. Usually they don't let you return jewelry my mom didn't know if the nose ring was gonna fit so she said as long as we say it was her who let us return it, we could get our money back. It has alot of nail polish options and also they are high quality. Its a little small but they cant control that.
