“So right before that snow / ice storm I was looking for a 4 prong cable for the generator and I saw there is one in stock on the website. By the time I got there it was gone but I have asked the staff and they called the other store nearby and they had it available, placed on hold for me and I’ve got what I needed, on time. And I have ended up using it too!Not the first thing I am buying there. Thanks to the staff of this store.”

Walked in yesterday morning with a job that was so HOT, we required a one day turn around....and they finished it by dinner time!!! These folks are so knowledgeable about what they do and the customer service is amazing. Had the pleasure of working with Jack and he knew exactly how to help us. Gave great feedback about how we can help them as well. We've been using them for years and all we have to say is, they never disappoint. Very communicative and extremely reliable. “My elderly parents had a plumbing problem to their kitchen sink and dishwasher. We called another company that rhymes with ShMalmedal, and they ended up being the opposite of anything good. My parents have been unable to use their kitchen for a week. Today my parents called George Morlan Plumbing. Morlan Plumbing was able to respond within the same day. Alex showed up and in 30 minutes, identified the problem, fixed the problem, showed my Dad how to do it himself next time, adjusted the lines to the dishwasher for better efficiency, adjusted the water pressure in the dishwasher to flush particles better and verified that the water heater was not degraded. This was what excellent service looks like.”

The person living in the home gets to bathe in a beautiful space that doesn’t feel at all institutional, a common problem when choosing accessible fixtures. “Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”
