Tgard Locaton Front desk has a dad customer service. Vets are not the available for 1:1 meetings. I been trying for moths to speak to a vet face to face.

What a experience!!! I had to literally breakup a fight from the vet staff and a person bring they're dog in while waiting for my cat . All this happening in the lobby while other staff were watching, after I broke up the fight the vet then proceed to get mad at me for breaking up the physical altercation and preventing it from getting any worse? . Also, mind you I had to demand basically to get my cat back after the conflict had been calmed and security arrived. I'll take my pets to the Portland location next time ! Or any other location.
Update: been well over a few months no one from the company has reached out to me to apologize for the situation or anything.

Do not use this company! You sign a pet up and they own the pet. Or at least that’s how the small print is basically worded in the contract. They lie about the price. They don’t help in emergency situations. I had to call 3 times in 2 years and all they say is email in photos and we will let you know if you should bring the pet in (the email never goes through). They say after 6 months the plan rate drops $25 it didn’t. It dropped $9. They told me it was a one year contract and after a year I could cancel with no fee. That is also not true. I have been trying to cancel and no one can transfer me. I’ve left a message and supposedly they have sent 2 email requests. Banfield is a way better and cheaper service.

Dr. Joshua Horner is the main reason Hannah Pet Hospital is getting this 5-star review from me. I’ve been a member since 2019 when I got my puppy, Trixie. The hospital itself has had its ups and downs in terms of communication, but over the last couple months Dr. Horner has been nothing short of amazing with Trixie’s care. Unfortunately, my dog got diagnosed with Hypercalcemia in April and Dr. Horner has been working non-stop to find the source of this. Just last week we finally got results back from a lymph node that confirmed our beautiful girl has Lymphoma.
Dr. Horner has done everything in his power but unfortunately this illness is terminal. Even so, he’s been incredibly compassionate and understanding during this whole process. He has been in contact with me personally over this time and has communicated all the details very timely even though he’s so busy with every patient he has.
If you’re thinking about signing up, I wouldn’t hesitate. Reason being that you’ll know your pet is in the hands of a doctor that truly cares about the wellbeing of animals. It’s refreshing as other places seem to only care about how much they can charge you. Thank you Dr. Horner for all you’ve done!

My Missy suffered a laceration when she came too close to a low hanging Palm frond (Palm Fronds now removed). We called Hannah and showed them pictures of her wound and they had us bring her in for sutures. They took her back to the exam room immediately upon arriving, sutured her up with 7 staples and sent us on our way in under 30 minutes. Hannah is awesome!

I have gotten a pup from Hannah years ago and I now have 2 kitties signed up with them. They saved my pups life twice once with parvo and another time from chewing on a rawhide and gave the best care for his seizures. My two kitties now get top care as well for UTI and another for when he had an Ulcer in his eye. I can't thank them enough for being so flexible and giving the love and treatments my fur babies need at an affordable cost. Thank you to all the staff for making this possible.

I have been with Hannah for about ten years--with two dogs. Has been the best experience. Low cost pet care with total peace of mind that my dog will be taken care of. Professional staff and great doctors.

Yes, it's hard to advocate for one on one time with the veterinarian, however, once you've spoken to him you know he loves each pet that enters the doors. Anise was absolutely amazing too! I have a very high strung old chihuahua who had to stay several nights in the ER. Anise and others made sure she was comfortable as possible and allowed her to feel safe (she also helped ME a lot through this mentally). I cant remember all the names, but I believe Ross took a couple of my panicked phone calls as well. Thanks for keeping me calm and taking care of my girl. I couldn't have done it without hannah!
