OMG. Did I really need to explain shoulder-length? There are very stupid BARBERS at this Tigard Oregon location. AVOID!! A “1-Star” rating is way too high. My hair length is at my ears…. Do not come here if you want a stylist. There’s a reason why this chick IS NOT in an actual salon. My bad... I was just looking for an annual cut.

I had asked that my hair be “cleaned up” on the sides and back and the top be left alone, no other requests and yet I received at least two inches taken off the top of hair that I had told her I was growing out. my hair on the top is less than an inch short and the sideburns were uneven and VERY high. one sideburn was almost above my ear.
do not go here, they do not listen.

When we went in, there was no one in there they asked if we had an appointment.We said no. three people came in a few minutes later, said all three had appointments and they called all three people while we just sat there. We just left.We will not be going back. rude only 2 stylists.

This salon is always cleanly and organized. The staff members are kind and friendly. I will be going again in a couple of weeks. I have no complaints.

I felt like a sheep getting sheared. An awful experience. Very uneven, shorter than I wanted. I requested the top to be left alone. They cut it anyway. Never ever again.

Ended up going there this evenning and dude was super unstable. He ended up cutting me twice in the same spot. 2 hours later it's still bleeding. He charged me 10.00 after all was said.. he may need to lay off the buzz or retire. Never again will I go there
