I take birth control to prevent endometriosis growths, cysts and chronic pain, not as a birth control (i cant even really get pregnant) so its a vital medication I have to take daily to prevent more surgeries in the future. I have 1.5 refils left on my prescription. I was given half a months worth of pills last month when I refilled them so of course i quickly ran out with only half my prescription for this month. I called yesterday to see if i could get a refill and they said no they couldn't refill it. I stated I was out and to call my doctors office, like they have done in the past, and that it was important. The worker responded to me saying he will refill it but id have to pay out of pocket for it. This is a prescription that is covered by the same health insurance for the last 2+years, with zero changes to my plan. I told him absolutely not and that I would call my doctors for him. I hung up called my surgeons office, and they said I can absolutely have more of my medication and that they would talk to the pharmacy since this is the second time the pharmacy is late refilling. Me missing even 1 pill is bad, Ive already been spotting for weeks since I missed a pill last time they refilled it. 18 days later and im about to miss pills again because they dont want to refill it. Me having a period cycle and missing multiple pills means my health could potentially be at risk. On top of all that im on bed rest for a herniated disc which hurts the same area were my endometriosis cramps are. I already cant take one of my pain medications because being on 2 muscle relaxers isnt safe, and my back is the priority. I really need to focus healing my back and not a chronic problem thats easily solved with my medications. Forcing your disabled patients to pay for a medication that covered by health insurance is scummy, especially if it only takes a simple phone call to verify the patient went up a dose. I have full coverage because i cant work full time, telling me to pay out of pocket for a covered prescription is deny me access to my prescription. It is not my responsibility if the pharmacy staff does not keep proper records and information about patients medication. It legit tells me to go up a dose on the medications label itself since it was first prescribed, this isnt new information. They finally filled it today, it shouldn't require me calling my surgeons office to get vital medication I still have scripts for. Edit: they still haven't refilled my prescription despite my doctors office telling them to do it today. They close in 30 minutes, seems like someones upset I was smart enough to know I dont have to pay out of pocket for a medication thats covered by my health insurance.

Pretty fast filling prescriptions, wish they had more options in terms of generic/non generic tho!

Are all Fred Meyer pharmacies like this? You have NOTHING IN STOCK EVER. I guess it's a blessing you stopped taking my insurance (dropped a major plan & probably screwed a lot of people over). I still needed one prescription thru you, came to get it, got my GoodRx card out and your tech rudely said, "We don't do GoodRx anymore or any discount program." So, you drop your contract with major health insurance plans, never have anything in stock, never have enough people working so lines are out of control, and now you won't honor discount programs? What exactly do you do for your customers? Why are you still in business?

Last time I was here(and it will be the last time) the check out lady asked how many bags I wanted. and I said only 1. And she just gave me the dirtest look and rolled her eyes to the bagger who also acted like omg such a HUGE deal. But I told her- I have bags in the car anyways. If your working in a customer service place...and you interact with people all day, then why have such a bad attitude towards a stranger?? Something as small as rolling her eyes and being condescending, I remember it and how uncomfortable am and dont want to shop here. And literally, every time I shop at a Fred meyers, I would leave feeling like I'm doing something's wrong because of how I get treated or an interaction there. I do NOT want to give this place even 1 star.

Ridiculous lines and wait time. Getting more staff would be appreciated. One person to check a line of practically 10 people does not work. I know I’m not the only one that’s frustrated with Fred Meyer pharmacy!

I’ve always had trouble getting the correct prescription filled on time. Either computers are broken and don’t receive the order or there staff is rude. Seeing how bad their reviews are i think this pharmacy needs there license revoked until these issues are solved.

So frustrated at how awful this place is. I could go on but everyone else has already said it, and their inept pharmacy has wasted enough of my time already.

For a very busy pharmacy, the team at this location is doing surprisingly well! They're always kind, courteous, and answers any questions I have. I've never had any problems getting my prescriptions filled. If you happen to be there when there's a long line and your default reaction is to complain about every inconvenience, perhaps it's a good time to take a mindful deep breath, or, come back another time, or, shop somewhere else and take note if your experience is any better.

I have decided to stop shopping in the Tugard Fred Meyer. I am so disgusted with the clef's attitudes! I have. Ever shopped anywhere etc where I've run into so many RUDE EMPLOYEES. The clerk I just had did not say hello to me and rang up 300 worth of groceries. I've gone in where produce people refuse to help, no plastic bags. In the bakery I asked the lady to slice my bread. She refused, said this is how YOU do it. I think all of them need to go back for training in customer courtesy ! These are the worst employees I have ever witnessed and this is week after week! I will now try Raleigh Hills clerks. If you are the manager of this giant store DO SOMETHING!

Honestly, what has happened to this Fred Meyer?? ALL OF YOUR FOOD IS ROTTEN. You constantly sell rotten or questionable food. For clicklist orders, I've even had pungent, DRIPPING rotten potatoes placed in my trunk. They stained my trunk & I couldn't get the smell out for weeks. How do your employees see this food and then choose it for customers?? I have walked down aisles in the store with bins full of food (I hope was being removed from the shelves) that smelled. I stopped shopping here months ago bc if all the rotten food being sold-- I don't even trust the food from here that looks and smells ok. But out of pure convenience, I returned last week to get a few things. The bag of french bread I bought says SELL by 8/29. SELL BY. We went to toast some today, and it is covered in blue-green mold. Makes me sick we ate some of this. We got the corn on the cob I purchased from here out last night, which was still "good" based on the date, but couldn't eat it as it was covered in white slime. Since Fred Meyer no longer accepts BCBS, we can no longer fill prescriptions here either, so there's is absolutely no reason to shop here anymore.I truly hope this store doesn't make someone extremely sick due to its questionable selling practices. This is totally unacceptable, disgusting and dangerous.
