Kathleen, a cashier, talked about how she was a domestic violence survivor, how her and her kids grew up in violence.... that's not something I need to know. I've heard her tell other customers when I was in the store before. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The manger Shannon is really rude and seems like she's on drugs. I was in there getting stuff for work and all she was doing was complaining about all the other employees and talking down on them and I thought that was absolutely uncalled for considering all the turn over that store has had in the last year. Some of the employees that have been there through the turn over has worked hard on making the store good for us regular customers and they have been doing the best that they can. Shannon should not be a manager and I will be calling corporate as well about her. She is unprofessional and rude to everyone in that store. I really hope they fix this issue. Also, I would like to point out the older lady that is a cashier named Demi is amazing and super sweet. She works nights and my teen daughter loves her! Also the manager Katie that works nights mainly I believe is nice as well and both of my kids love her especially my son who is a year old. keep up the good work to the night Crew. God bless

Demauri is a WONDERFUL clerk and provides the best customer service. She has genuine kindess, and it made my day better to meet her and talk as we checked out.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The hours say it opens at 8:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. We arrived at 10:30 AM and found the doors locked with no employees in sight.

It’s 8:15 am says they Open at 8 AM Monday through Saturday it’s Friday door is locked. No one’s around posted online and on the front door that they open at eight lazy employees or a worthless manager.

It’s a mess when I went in. Shelving was practically empty especially for what I needed… they were lucky… LUCKY I spent money in there. I was so disappointed!!!

Dollar Tree store# 2129 (16200 SW Pacific Hwy. Tigard, OR). Kathleen was rude and racist. She threw the items we were buying at the end of the belt for us to put in the bag. She treated the customer in front of us with smile and nice greeting, but not with us (we’re Asians). I hope the corporation will see this message. I’ve never felt this way before and I was almost crying walking out from the store.

I have never been into a store that has been in such disarray, and not only was it in disarray and everything out of order and all over the floors.
When I asked Nikki the cashier what was going on and she said you make the assumption of what's going on, she appeared to be on some kind of drug or something. By the way the store looked I would say fentanyl or methamphetamine.
When I tried to call the manager they hung up on me when I just asked a simple question.
I am going to contact the owner or the corporate office because this is very concerning and the store should be shut down till it's straightened out.

Empty shelves. Boxes stacked everywhere. I asked the cashier if they had any plans to restock. She literally shrugged at me. The recent photos someone posted is just a small portion of the boxes precariously stacked inside. I'm surprised it doesn't violate safety codes. I gotta wonder who runs this store

This store is a horrible mess. Shelves are mostly empty and boxes cover very aisle. Unable to find anything I was looking for. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.

What a terrible $ tree they actually showed disrespect to people buying stuff & they won’t help each other, way too many smoke breaks they smell bad as employees the nice girl is treated badly! I couldn’t believe what I witnessed.

Incompetent staff. I went here the other day to buy a few light bulbs, but ended up leaving without buying them because of two staff members who were playing around with the register instead of serving customers. There was only one register open, and a staff member was trying to ring up another staff member's employee purchase and failing miserably at it. They fussed around with the register for about 15 minutes while a line of customers piled up. Eventually they had the bright idea of ringing up every individual item as a separate purchase for the employee and making them swipe their card every time. At this point I put the lightbulbs down and left. Here is some advice for this store's manager: Tell your employees to only do this kind of buffoonery after the store is closed.
