Understaffed but otherwise good

This is always a go to stop for when my family needs things to give out for holidays but I swear we always end up spending a ridiculous amount of money no matter how much we're saving in the end, like we just get caught in the random stuff we're buying and buy it all. I don't really appreciate the fact everything is $1.25 now, and how many things are even more than that. The cashiers here are always pretty nice though.

The manager of this store is very nice; however, it is not well stocked, dirty and most of the time it's a mess. Also short staffed.

some man sitting in the office on the phone downgraded every employee under him. His exact words were
"I don't know whats wrong with these people. been that way since I took over this district. There all unreliable."
the verbal battering continued as I walked away. I asked the girl cashier who it was she said THE DISTRICT MANAGER. That he's just stressed cuz they had inventory. As the manager of my own store I felt so bad for the employee. You are the LEADER of the District. It is your responsibility to keep moral high. Employees happy!! Not belittle and take credit from where is due from these "people" ......these "people" are running and operating these stores without your guidance on a day to day basis. the worst company to work for with the worst reviews and management that are flat out bullies. its no wonder why ALL of the stores in this area are in such bad shape. The DM is doing everything his self! ha! Sir you should do them all a favor and quit.

It’s probably the management that has contributed to the staff seeming like they dislike their job most of the time but they are not rude or anything just seem unhappy. Frozen food can be melted and refrozen sometimes on the shelf with a no food return or exchange policy you waist the 1.25-5. To afraid to buy again.

Stopped in for a snack. One cashier only, was eating and drinking at the register, wiping his mouth with his hand. Then handling customer items.
Will not be back.

Very friendly staff. Helpful and kind. Good selection of items..
It gets busy at times where I feel like they could and should open up another register..
Computers are wonky but that's beyond their control.
I feel bad for the workers because customers get crazy at the dollar store. It's a dollar store..

We come here for snacks & some cheap grocery items, like my husband's work snacks, or some office supplies for me. They're usually well-stocked with what they do carry, although I wish they had a better freezer variety. Still great, we always leave with most or all of what we need. But... I honestly hate this location. I hate being THAT person, but the employees genuinely make me uncomfortable. I stopped going here alone here after one male employee wouldn't stop STARING at me as I walked throughout the store & during checkout... and forcing extra conversation. A lot of the time, I'll stand outside while my husband pays so I can avoid them. He's great at not engaging with people, which I envy when we are here. The employees are just always awkward, one of the female employees even touched my hand during one trip so I stand further away from the register. It's just so weird... and so creepy, like that's a requirement to work here. I hate that this location is the closer one to me otherwise I'd just go to the Cedar Hills one. Or any other one. To the people complaining about the 25¢ increase & having it affect their review of this location, you're a silly goose.

Messy and sloppy like all the other Dollar Trees. I don't come here for the decor, I come for cheap stuff. So if you don't mind a sloppy store, come on down.

Very very low stock. Many of the isles were entirely empty. Employees were sitting on the counters of the register and as we entered we heard “they have cameras, they can’t know I brought it to work.” Just a little suspicious, but hey, it’s the dollar tree, what would you expect.
Employees were very unprofessional.

The service is mostly terrible. The quality of the items is so bad. The only reason I even come here is due to the low priced snacks. Apparently Dollar Tree raised their prices to $1.25 to 'improve their quality'. Look, I've heard crazy things, but there is no way this is true. I would not recommend this location.
