Wow! The staff here are incredibly unkind! I took my daughter (5) to this location to spend her chore money. While we were checking out, I heard the cashier state, “can’t sell this to you” and toss a product into the garbage. I asked her, “what can’t you sell?”. She responded, “don’t even have to tell you, because you can’t even notice”. I explained to her that my daughter had picked out every item herself and that she would notice so I wanted to know what she couldn’t sell. She began getting very upset stating that because of a recall she could not sell me the product, even though I understood this, I just wanted to know what it was so I could tell my daughter she wasn’t going to be getting it. The woman refused to tell me, so we left. What a weird experience.

I honestly think it looks almost like a group of children have been made responsible for this stores organization
Which all points towards poor management.Like if they had a day where they had all of there employees come in all at once for one night while closed so nobody could come in and tear things apart like people do.ive seen many employees working on stocking but nothing towards keeping an eye on there ridiculously hideously kept upkeep on the toy aisle not to mention there are two employees who think they are loss prevention secret agents targeting all the wrong people making them feel extremely uncomfortable saying things like "security check on the entire store"
Horrible way to handle that in terms towards having everyone feel like they are a suspect whilest tripping over garbage left from either employee and customers. Also every cashier new or not needs to learn what customer service is.Alot of them seem angry all the time except there newest guy hes actually quite nice but the guy with the beeny has got a stick up is a$$ al the time even closing the store an hour early turning everyone away for no explanation besides him standing directly in front of the doors chain smoking until his shift is finally over

This store is larger than most in Southwest and has a larger selection of merchandise. That said, I try to avoid going there. It is always a total mess. The last visit, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste on the shelves; the entire inventory was scattered across all the shelves in the aisle and most was on the floor. It is always in this type of condition. In addition, the store is dirty from the front entrance to the back wall. I will not buy merchandise that appears to have been manhandled or is dirty or on the floor. This situation begs for customer theft and I have seen plenty of it here, blatant because no one appears to care. Only one cashier is open and they have a long line to process. No time to provide security. There are two other stores in Beaverton (Walker Road and Cornell Road), one in Raleigh Hills (Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy), and another in Tigard (Scholls Ferry) all of which are clean and well organized. My suggestion is steer clear of this one. I hate to mention that the clientele both inside and outside the store are scary. Many homeless just hanging around and stealing when the one cashier has a line. Staff wise, there is one young man who is both cheerful and knowledgeable. The rest either have "attitude" or seem intimidated by the customers. If this was the only Dollar Tree I had ever seen, I would honestly never enter another one again.

Constant closes earlier than what is on their sign. Don’t bet on it being open until it’s actually supposed to close because chances are it’s already closed.

The Tigard Dollar Tree off Highway 99W had many aisles messed up with many products on the floor. The manager needs to take care of this. I found what I was looking for.

This store. Where do I begin? Last night I saw a woman in a motorized wheel chair who couldn't even shop because there was merchandise scattered everywhere in boxes and on the floor so she couldn't even go down any of the aisles. I know a lot of this has to do with how careless customers can be at this location, but a big part of it I'm sure is lack of employees. Dollar Tree needs to do better, maybe if they offered better wages for their employees ? So you have less turn around rate? There is one woman who is usually working who is super nice and helpful, and there is one guy that I swear does nothing every time I'm in there. He literally just stands around and watches as the huge line forms at the check out since they almost always only have one person on the register. DO BETTER DOLLAR TREE.

Just stepping foot in this location feels musty and overwhelming from how unorganized. Glad to know if you're not a regular here the mean mugging girl at the register won't speak to you during your transaction or give you a receipt. Didn't expect any customer service from a dollar tree but you don't need to act like i'm a nuisance just because i'm in between your regulars

Cool, cheap stuff, just the kind of trinkets you can resell.
