Great Website; In store experience not so great. Easy to find the tires you need and schedule an appointment on the Website. Wish the in store was handled as efficiently. Be prepared to possibly wait a long time to get to counter to check in for a scheduled. Appointment. It can even worse when you come to pickup up your vehicle after it is completed only to get your keys.

I brought my Miata in for wheels and tires and was assisted by assistant manager Phillip. His customer service skills are exemplary! Phil kept me up to date on my order. He was experienced, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. My installers were Jenna and another tech whose name I didn't catch and they were excellent. They were led by the store manager, Tony, who smoothly runs a busy and top notch store. It was clear his employees were well trained and had his respect. Great job by management and skilled technicians that take pride in their work. I highly recommend this store over all others!
Just a follow-up. I brought my car in for another service and this store did an excellent job again. Made an appointment, and in and out quick with zero damage to the wheels. Thanks to Dean, Phillip and the techs who serviced my car!

I paid for everything in full when making my appointment, but when I got there they told me I still have to pay more. Then they told me it would be done in 45 minutes, but an hour later they still hadn't taken my car into the shop, because they forgot. Lazy workers and misleading staff. This place is awful. Next time I'll go somewhere where I am not lied to, have my time wasted and have more money taken for no reason.

Seriously great service and prices. These folks hustle to get it done, and are helpful/knowledgeable. Free rotation and balance, and they have the best tire prices. It’s all a win!

By far the most helpful tire place I have ever been. Went above and beyond to keep us safe on the road after learning about the new that I have been through with walmart tire center. Nothing can express my gratitude to the young man (Jasper) at the counter! They have surpassed any expectations I could have contemplated.

I have been going to Les Schwab since the beginning of time but once I went here one time for a company vehicle, I will never ever go back. Discount Tire is THEE PLACE. Their customer service is top notch… 10000% better than any Le’s Schwab ever. They seem to really truly care about their customers instead of money.

When I arrived for my new tire appt., Jasper met me at the car, knew my name, and had already done his research on my car. Said he wasn't happy with the price I was given, that the tires should have lasted longer (which I agreed with) and he was able to work a Michelin warranty in my favor to save me an extra $250. Totally initiated on his own, and I was SO grateful! Beyond excellent customer service, my car was done within an hour as they quoted me. Experiences like this are why I've been a loyal customer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Came in needing 4 new tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. We are traveling, Jeep is our tow vehicle, coach was in having chassis serviced so thought I’d try to get tires on jeep…Worked with Jasper….outstanding customer service, GREAT employee, Jasper went above and beyond to get our Jeep tires replaced and getting us back on the road….
