I have loved working out at CrossFit Tigard! Its only been a few months, but I cannot see myself wanting to go somewhere else anytime soon. I have learned so much and am thoroughly enjoying working out with a group of supportive people. Highly recommend giving them a shot!

What a great place I joined because of the good reviews and now I see why it's rated high - Such great people very friendly and they always make sure your workout is done properly. If you want to sweat and smile at the same time, this is your spot! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I joined CrossFit Tigard last month and I am so happy I took the leap! I'm older and not as fit as I used to be so I was a bit apprehensive. This place has a place for everyone. There are plenty of members who do the most amazing level of fitness I've seen, members like me that modify with the help of great coaching and newbies who have never exercised. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. What comes through loud and clear to me is this is an incredibly supportive place to improve your fitness level no matter where you start. Highly recommend!!! ✨?

Started P.A.W in January. I've really appreciated the emphasis and attention to detail in teaching the more skilled movements. Huge to have coaches who help each individual grow. Each week is different and building on the previous, equipment is in good shape. I really enjoy the tracking of workouts via app. Other athletes are very welcoming.

I’d recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to advanced levels of fitness. I transferred from a different gym and feel that Tigard P.A.W has embraced me with open arms and has helped me continue to build on my skills- always encouraging and helping me learn to love exercise. If you’re like me and struggle to put a gym routine together, crave community, and enjoy getting a great work out in- this is the place for you. They will help you every step of the way and it’ll be hard not to find a whole new appreciation for physical health.

Since graduating college, it's been difficult to find motivation, routine, a good atmosphere, and group of people to help me stay in shape. I've tried all sorts of group fitness classes, individual workout plans, etc. and, while fun, I struggled to be consistent and didn't feel like I was improving.Getting the courage to try out Tigard CrossFit was one of my best decisions. I was hesitant, as I have never tried CrossFit, but I quickly realized that the gym was welcoming to people of all abilities. The coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable and have a tremendous amount of options for those of us who need to scale, as we learn and ramp up. Most of all, I've noticed the coaching staff care deeply about the progression of each athlete. They spend time drilling movements and observe every class member to ensure they are lifting with proper technique. They walk around the class during the WOD - providing feedback at all times on technique, and to provide motivation when we need it. They will push you, but they will also encourage listening to your body and scale if needed.The gym, coaching staff, and fellow athletes are incredible, and have given me the motivation to get into the best shape of my life. I highly recommend CrossFit Tigard!

Highly recommend this gym! The coaches are all welcoming, patient, and super helpful. I'm a total weightlifting newbie but they've encouraged me the whole time. I thought crossfit would be scary but it's not!

They're very friendly and adamant when it came to signing me up. I paid the $100 for the intro class and unfortunately I got into a car accident. I called and notified them about this and tried to work out a deal of some kind to get a refund. Maybe even just a gift card or some shirts than boom all the calls and text stop they just ghosted me. Not asking for much but professional courtesy would be nice. Even just a call or text to inform me that I'm not getting a refund. $100 is not a whole lot of money but it's more about the principle. If you have time to text me and call me 20 times a day to get me to sign up surly you have 5 minutes to return a call about my account.

Hands down best gym I have ever been to. As a newbie not only does the staff welcome you in, but everyone there brings you in as a family and helps you out. This place is a must if you are looking for something to change the way you live but have no idea or are affraid to start.

Only place that I would wake up to attend a 5am class. I love the community here everyone is very friendly supportive and helpful. I had never done CrossFit before and just had a baby 3months prior to joining so of course I was nervous but the coaches walk you through each movement to ensure your set up for success. I honestly look forward to the workouts and coming in. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

I joined for a month before moving out of Portland and the CrossFit Tigard management were very generous to stop my subscription without additional fees, although I did not provide them the agreed 14 day notice.

As a 2X cancer survivor, I was apprehensive about joining CrossFit. However; after joining I have realized it has been one of the best decisions I have made! The coaches and community are truly stellar. Workouts are scaled to each members individuals ability and needs! The coaches truly care and celebrate milestones in progress. This is incredibly encouraging & motivating! In the short time I have been coming, I have experienced the following health benefits:- Lower Blood Pressure- Increased energy- Reduced level of stress- Eliminated pain from lymphedema- Gained range of motion in my leg with lymphedemaSuffice to say, I highly recommend - anyone can do CrossFit!

This is a gym that has solid workout programming, lots of membership options, lots of times available, a consistent group of folks that attend that fosters community and friendship, great coaches, and good equipment. Pretty much everything I'd want out of a CrossFit gym. I've seen huge personal fitness progress since coming here.

Great team, great workouts and great members. I’ve never been to a gym where there’s so much motivation and encouragement to improve. I’ve been here two months and I’m loving it. I can definitely feel the changes. Any feelings of intimidation quickly wear off as you find there are people of all levels here.
