I am currently on the $60 a month unlimited plan. I had been happy with it until now. They had a promotional offer to add another line for $30. It also included a new Samsung phone for $200 which was a discount off its regular price. I was very adamant that I required. The hotspot on. Both phones was told that was no problem. I paid $416.26, the $200 phone is gone up by $100, fine with me I paid and I left Phone didn’t work I returned it got $200 back give them an existing phone I owned and had them put the $30 plan on it. It doesn’t work never has I’ve been in four times I can’t make it work. They ripped me off happened used it once, don’t bother calling their helpline. It won’t work never go there again.

I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!

that store in slow do to poor wifi. took 3 plus hours to get stuff off old phone to new.

Wow verenice the manager was amazing. She really helped me with all my questions and got me set up quickly. I came without all the right information to switch over and she guided me and helped me get all the info I needed with no complaints. She is amazing ! Definitely recommend !

Totally pleased. Anthony helped us fix our phones. His customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend him, he works Tuesday thru Saturday at Tigard cricket. I am buying a new phone from him in the near future.

Cricket stores have really gone downhill. Even basic requests take at least 30 minutes. If you show up right before someone else, expect a massive wait as there's only 1 rep in the store to help people. We waited 15 mins and the poor folks after us waited almost 20 mins. The staff are nice though, just corporate being corporate.

A different person is now managing the Tigard Cricket store. She isn't professional, tells you all about her personal life (bad childhood, bad ex boy friend, gets hit on all the time, blah, blah, blah) and you just don't get the feeling she is very knowledgeable. I went in with a simple transaction and it took forever to complete! Then after that transaction our phones no longer would accept calls and we couldn't call out. I went back to get help and when she couldn't figure out what was going on she resorted to telling me the phone towers had changed. It was so ridiculous that I knew I could not deal with this Manager ever again and went right over to T-Mobile.
