I purchased a butter dish. It is maybe 4”x3” in size.
I would like to show you how I received it today with some photos. My question is how much do you add on to your products for this overhead of shipping supplies? Thank you now I get to recycle all of this massive waste of material and money! All I can say is WOW!

Fraud alert. Received notification of an unauthorised transaction on my bank account from ‘ CRATE & BARREL #454 TIGARD USA’ when:
a) I live and reside in Australia
b) I have never travelled to USA
c) I have never purchased online from a USA merchant
I have notified my bank of the fraudulent transaction and they are pursuing the merchant for same.

Received a notification that my order was ready for pickup. After driving for 45 mins, the store said they didn’t have the order available and were not sure why it said it was ready for pickup. Poor tracking and order management.
I’ve requested to cancel and refund, and the associate asked me to hang around to get a notification, and I waited until the store had closed, yet I didn’t get any notification about it. Fortunately, the chat experience was good who was able to figure out the details I was looking for and shared them promptly.
Poor rating for overall experience.

If you’re a person of color don’t waste your time or money at this establishment. Being in this store feels like you’re invisible when the staff only goes out of their way to interact with white people despite the fact you’re dressed the same as them. These people judge you based on appearance and strategically avoid you. You’ll have better treatment at Ikea, at least their tables don’t cost two grand.

found what I was looking for in stock and very easily, purchased it at a reasonable price and had it packaged up safely, took it home. parking is not great if you're not in the mood for a hike though

We were so delighted to find everything we needed with the help of Kiho! She was amazing! She treated us as though we were the only customers in the store!! She found exactly what we were looking for, and took the time to search out multiple options! We will look for Kiho first whenever we're back in the store!

Terrible. They lost part of $4,800 couch and couldn't find it after I waited 6+ weeks for it to arrive. I told them I wasn't waiting another 6+ weeks to sit on my new couch and that they should come and get it. They did three weeks ago and still haven't given me a credit. Meanwhile, the stupid card I opened to get 10% points just charged me $50 in interest on a couch I returned weeks ago. Even better, once they do give me the money back it goes on to their credit card. Don't waste your time with them. They have champagne prices, but don't give a care about doing the right thing by their customers.
