I’ve been trying to call the store - they opened in a few mins. They would pick it up and set it down without talking to me. So I’d wait a min and then call back. The stories now open and they still have not picked it back up to talk to me. Customer service in store gives no sh!ts about customers. I suggest buying online - ridiculous. Almost 10 mins with the phone sitting on the counter with no one talking to me. Just background noise of them moving things.

I came around 12:00pm on Saturday September 23rd. A pretty young girl named Esther went above and beyond helping me select an outfit for my daughters birthday. Top notch customer service!! Will be back.

Customer service is very INTERESTING. Had a male help me make a return on 05/29/23 in the afternoon. Definitely could tell he had better places to be.. He was very snarky with the customer before me that was also making a return. When he was helping ME he was on his phone texting.. Very weird. Customer service is definitely nonexistent nowadays. He definitely needs help brushing up on his customer service.

Girl at the front desk with black and blonde hair clearly saw the dress I was trying to purchase was torn in a small area, we asked if we could get it switched out and she responds with “Umm..” and immediately switches to the next customer.

Saturday at noon and both the children and the other store were closed. No signs on the doors telling you they were closed or any information.

First off, I am super excited about this store. The clothes are great. They have a ton of options from workout clothes to day/evening clothes to lounge. The quality and fit on most the clothes I tried on was really nice. However, the customer service was horrible. The staff was moving large items around the store with disregard to customers. No one asks if they can start a room for you. You can only have 6 items in the dressing rooms at a time and the dressing rooms are small and were actually pretty dirty for being a new store. It’s frustrating when you can only take 6 items at a time because it makes the trying on process take forever. I had found about 7 times I wanted and had them hold it at the register while I went back for round two. I found a couple more things, then went to grab my things on hold and they had put it back on the shelf. So I had to go back and find all my items again and re try them on because I couldn’t remember what sizes I picked in certain items. It seemed like staff was more interested in talking to each other then helping customers. Also, the store had a lot of merchandise in boxes blocking the shelfs making it hard to get to some of the clothes on the shelf.

Watch your receipts! I can’t comment on the quality of clothes yet, but when my wife and I went into the kids store we bought 6 items. They were all buy one get one 50% off. Before paying my wife caught that they scanned one item twice. Easy fix. After shopping some more we looked back at the receipt and noticed we only got two items had the 50% off. When I went back in it seemed like the worker tried to explain it off like they only do BOGO for the cheapest item and had to explain we did get 2 items discounted, but not The third. While waiting to get it fixed someone else also was waiting to get a corrected price after being overcharged for a dress.

They’re not great in the costumer service area. Had an issue arise and contacted online to resolve with out driving 1+ hour away for a simple fix that cost me money. Absolutely no help. So I’m just SOL.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Store is clean and well organised.
