While using the self-checkout yesterday, 2 of the "elves" that were assigned to "watch" customers were really aggressive and offensive. I was struggling with getting a box and lifting my purchases into the box. I have just had hand surgery. One of the "elves; small, blonde, middle aged" stood really close to me watching me struggle... she grabbed the receipt out of the register ( I wasn't finished yet and announced that there were 12 items on the receipt but 13 items total. I told her I thought it was the first thing I scanned but because the box was on the shelf, I guess it didn't scan. She looked at me like I was a thief. So embarrassing. She could've simply said " let me help you ring that up".... I tossed the item to her and left with the rest of my purchases. I know you are fighting shrink and I get that, but ask the bull dogs who man the self-checkout to be nicer to people and not so annoying.

I ordered my tires online and delivered it to the tire center. I made an appointment online once the tires were received. Upon arrival the staff was informative, efficient and nice. They made sure I had the correct tires for my car and double checked that I was aware my new tires were not run flat tires. The whole tire change process took around 1 hour. They gave us an estimated time of completion so i came back at the provided time. I didn’t receive a phone call but they didn’t say they would call so I didn’t expect any calls.

Don’t do it. Buy your tires somewhere else. The savings you might get at Costco are more than offset by the horrible experience if you ever need a leak fixed. You have to schedule in advance (how do you do that with a flat?) or gamble on walk in wait times. Last experience was over four hours to find out they looked at the wrong tire. Two hours more to finally correct. Patch lasted not a week and I have to deal with them ago. Les Schwab, Americans tires, anywhere but here.

Self checkout attendants needed to be retrained to be more professional and courteous. Don't treat customers like kids or if they are stupid. If I wanted rude, bad customer service I would have gone to the Walmart down the street and they don't charge extra for that "service".

I made an appt to have rotated per my warranty agreement. Appt made Tuesday and they had "no availability until Saturday afternoon." In my mind this would be the worst time to have them serviced per business. They said to make an appointment because it would be done within 1.5 hours and only way to guarantee. Today, dropped my car off -- on time (waited 10-15 min in line just to say I'm here) and they said would call when done. A tire rotation with an appointment should NEVER take longer than 45 min - 1 h. They never called me to say done (after 2.5 hours), so I decided to call. They "just finished." We have family here from out of town and needed our car -- this is unacceptable if I make an appointment and still don't get priority. Won't be buying tires from Costco ever again. What a headache.

They should remind their employees that they are being paid for decent service to all without discrimination. The box in which I had to pay noticed how they placed my products without any care. and when we left they returned the ticket to us by throwing it at our feet. I am very indignant and angry, I have never been treated with so much disrespect.

YUM! Pumpkin pie is now back! Usually the 1st of Sep to the end of the year! I love it - average 1/week! The only bad things are no more polish hot dogs and the combination pizza - supposedly not healthy enough!There is now attendant served gas to the left (difficult to read since both self serve and attendant serve are in red - would be nice to have a color distinction).Hey, you are able to get out walk out the door with nothing but the parking and gas lines may be crowded!

Don't waste your time. Your not saving much with gas. I read somewhere gas is using additives.If you look at quality of service is lowBasically they defend poor workers We have spent much money in past no moreTheir generic meds used to be well priced not nowMedications become quite highSo we will shake way down nowMessage to Costco main. An unreasonable and inflexible Costco policy makes this tire center useless unless you are replacing your vehicle's tires with the exact same tires it came with. They won't mount or service any aftermarket wheels or tires, even though they will charge you for these services if you buy tires from them.

First: I love Costco. Definitely still a fan.BUT, they need to catch up and have modern systems in place, because their online business and customer experience is definitely suffering.I ordered tires a week and a half ago, got confirmation, and also scheduled a time for the install. The timing was THEIR recommendation based on my specific order. Yet today, when I showed up at the scheduled time, they had 1 out of 4 tires delivered to the store. I was told I should look for confirmation that the tires were delivered and then I could reschedule the install.Why should I be the one monitoring the delivery schedule for an install date that THEY recommended based on my order? Why aren't THEY proactively reaching out to me to save my time and effort, and offering to reschedule based on anticipated delivery times?It's basic customer service in general. And especially in the modern world, it's pretty darn disappointing. I expect more from Costco.

I recently came here when I was on an adventure from California..This place is awesome..,just like all Costco however I found this one well organized..The lines to check out seemed faster..more lines maybe.Also I realized the meats there were so many to choose from and the wines wow..I mean if you've been to Costco you know they mean quality and quantity..The best of both worlds..The store was super clean the workers were super helpful..It seems to be a newer store for sure..Thanks for always being there Costco..lol

First visit to this store late morning on a weekday and it was my worst Costco experience of all time from the minute I turned into the parking lot. The parking lot was a traffic jam nightmare with the unorganized nightmare of the gas line blocking traffic in and out of the lot. The crowds and dishevelment continued once we were able to make it into the store. Everything department seemed unorganized and placed in random locations. It seems like they try to cram in double the merchandise that can fit in the building. Some of the aisles were so narrow and crammed with people and overstock that they were impassable. Then after we finally were able to check out the trip out of the car park was even more horrendous than the entry. I definitely will not be returning to this location. Two stars instead of one for the five dollar rotisserie chicken and dollar fifty hot dogs.
