Imagine taking 50 mins to grab a prepackaged box from the shelf, put it in a brown paper bag, and then staple it... All the while there were no other members waiting for the prescriptions to be filled at the time.
These pharmacists are lazy, slow, and filled with attitude when you try to keep them accountable to the estimate that they had provided.

After using Fred Meyer pharmacy for years, I’m so mad we don’t change sooner. Costco like everything else they offer is so much more efficient, they answer their phone, and are always friendly. If you’re looking to move away from a grocery store pharmacy, I would 100% recommend Costco. The 3.5 star current rating doesn’t do them justice.

I’ve had mostly good experiences here. I appreciate the member discount we get on our prescriptions. It’s nice that most the pharmacists and people working in the pharmacy usually try and be helpful. I have had a couple of experiences over the last few years where they were not too helpful and a bit dismissive and gave the impression they were trying to rush through the transaction with you versus answering questions but aside from those couple times everybody else has been patient and very helpful.
I’ve gotten a few vaccines here as well and it was a decent experience, but I would say some improvement could be made on waiting times or at least keeping people who are waiting informed of wait times especially if they have an appointment already made.

Typically the staff is quite friendly, even though it is a very busy pharmacy. Getting through on the phone can be challenging. They can’t always help with nonstandard requests; however, they are generally quite friendly about it and do what they can. Know though that you will get different answers from different staff, depending on the day and the hour that you call.

The staff are always gracious while responding to questions and demands. Given the number of people that they help day after day; they keep their cool and even kindness.

I am giving five stars to Cody the Staff Manager who apologized for the way I was treated by another manager and the person working in returns when I visited the Tigard Costco Warehouse recently to return two items. The details - At the beginning I informed the person helping with the returns that they would go back on two different cards. I did not know that Costco provides one receipt even though the refunds were for two different cards. When I said that didn't work for my record keeping the response I received was that I didn't tell her I needed two receipts. I asked who could help and she called a manager who seemed to yell across the counter at me and was not helpful. I then asked for the next level of manager and that is when I was able to talk with Cody. Costco Corporate - If you monitor these reviews please consider addressing the way the employees who have direct contact with customers interact with them. When I can I drive farther to the Wilsonville Warehouse because it is almost always a more pleasant experience.

Do you want to shop at a business that makes you feel like they're doing you a favor by taking your hard earned money in exchange for goods? If so, this place is an excellent choice. We're over Costco. Have you really paid attention to their prices?

Called Costco to order a pizza today and got the rudest lady on the phone. I get it's snowy and icy out and it's probably overwhelmingly busy. Sounds like they need a bit more appreciation love kindness and help today. To the managers in charge I hope your not sitting in the office while your coworkers are busting to serve everyone. Get in there and help out!

This pharmacy has gone downhill. My veterinarian won't work with them anymore, noting their staff wasted a LOT of time on the phone trying to help Costco pharmacy figure stuff out. Now the vet will give me a script to take in, but won't allow requests directly from the pharmacy when refills are out. Last week I called on Thursday for a refill. The pharmacy said it would be ready Saturday after 230pm. Monday at 5pm is still wasn't ready. Getting to the point it isn't worth saving a few dollars.

I have better conversations and better interactions with people who live under the Burnside bridge.I had an extremely disappointing experience with the technician employees not only 1 but 2 people on different occasions .They not only hung up on me intentionally but also displayed rude behavior throughout the interaction. Customer service should be about helping, not deliberately frustrating customers. One star is too generous for such unprofessionalism.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years now and have never, not once, had a bad experience! Well worth the hassle of dealing with navigating Costco shoppers, but an outside window would be awesome!
