“I just walked in today cause a hat hanging up caught my eye, and a girl approached me (I'm bad with names but I wanna say her name was poppy or something) who had pink (and I wanna say green) died hair and glasses.This girl had to be the friendliest employee I've ever met at a Hot Topic in 17 years of shopping at various HT locations in many states. She told me about how much she loves the anime merch I was looking at, and she even showed me some hoodies she loved that i would have missed otherwise. I want to bring my wife in and work with her and get a lot of the cool shirts and hoodies I saw today. She's a breath of fresh air in retail and I think every HT should have an employee as friendly and engaging as her!Sincerely, KeithPs. Seriously the cutest gals helping you find what you need, really helpful in finding sizes, suggesting items to complete an outfit, and I felt so confident trying things on with how nice they all were! Bridgeport can be hectic sometimes but going into Marine Layer was so nice and chill and was the perfect shopping experience.”
“Hey, just want to pass on big time kudos to store manager Kimber of the Tigard, OR store in Bridgeport Village mall.
I visited the store looking for a Lodge shirt, but then started talking with Kimber about Sir Pendleton shirts. I still wear the one I purchased 30-40 years ago, and still keep an eye out for them. Knowing how scarce they are, Kimber took it upon herself to check the entire system, and found seven. She offered to order two sizes for me as I was between a Large and an XL and have them shipped to the Bridgeport location. I was visiting my son and his wife and we had to start our return trip before the shirts arrived, but Kimber offered to ship them to my home as soon as she received them
When they arrived at her store on a Friday, Kimber must have immediately put them in the mail to me because they arrived in California on Monday afternoon. Talk about staying on top of the situation! Thanks so much for the fantastic customer service...as topnotch as the Pendleton quality. By the way, I kept both shirts.”

“I get a lot of my clothes from here, I got many tops and some Jean's. I almost always get my Jean's here. They are so comfortable and so cute. I love them. I also got multiple tops, and their clothes are always in season and so cute. It's not too expensive for most things. But can be pretty spendy if you look at the right areas. But this place is great”

“Clean, Organized, has 2 floors and has a mens section located on the 2nd floor towards the middle. There's 1 sale section on each floor. The active wear should be located there too. (2nd floor.) Although there is NO Plus size section. There is jewelry located on the 1st floor and you should see it when you walk in. (Walk straight and take a right.) Purses/Bags are located on the top floor (2nd) where you could also see an UNUSED merchandise counter. Overall, great store. (The Employees are kinda unhelpful and not very welcoming.)”

I was in town for a wedding and needed to get my brows done ASAP! Madison was there and saved my life! I got the Anastasia signature brow service from her and they look amazing! Definitely would recommend her and I will be going back when I’m in town. She was really sweet and professional! 11/10”
