When i came in today I was greated with a rude older man who told me i shouldnt worry about putting my phone number in for 15$ of gas, what?? Obviously I wanted to use my points, but was told that it wasnt worth it since I was spending ONLY 15 dollars, which is a considerable amount when I had a dollar off to use. I told him i wanted to use it anyways and handed him my card and he just ignored me. Literally what is your issue man get a different job if you dont want to do it? The job market is great in this city you’re not forced to be there ?
Anyways I went 10 minutes out of my way for this only to pay more for gas than the gas station right next to my house. Overall I have wasted time and money here because I obviously wanted to pay 3.59 instead of 4.59 per gallon. Ill just go to literally anywhere else from now on because this whole ordeal left me with a bad taste in my mouth and frankly made my morning worse. Thanks for your horrible customer service with your overpriced gas! Never ever coming back to this dump

Horrible. Had to get a quick bit of gas on my way to an appt. I asked for $20 regular. It was taking a while so I looked at the pump and saw it was $40+. I was on the phone with my mom when I said $20 regular, and she confirmed that yes, that’s what I said. I told the attendant that I asked for $20 regular and he started arguing with me that I said fill regular. 20 regular and fill regular don’t even don’t remotely sound close to one another. The frustrating part was that he repeated it back to me as 20 regular but proceeded to try and rip me off by filling it. My normal place that I go to is 60cents cheaper per gallon. I just wasn’t in that area and needed gas quick. I will absolutely not be returning to this Chevron.

This chevron destroyed my car by not listening to me, a woman, when i told them to put REGULAR GASOLINE in my car. they put diesel in it and fucking fried my engine. do NOT go here for gas, or pump it yourself. i am from washington, so i wrongly assumed the gas station workers would know how to do their jobs, but they were too busy staring at my ass (no joke) to do their jobs correctly. if i could i would sue.

The person who is serving I told him to enter my phone number for my reward and he told me not to do it and to do it myself if I wanted, he is a very terrible person, I don't know why they have that person who is bitter and doesn't treat him well. to customers..10/13/2023
