Was looking for Crocs for my son. The display had the right size, so we tried it and asked for that size. Lady that was helping couldn't find the size that we needed and said that she asked the manager to look for it. Manager came back and gave us a pair. I asked my son to try them on and they were big. He brought us M5 (man 5) instead of J5. I said why are they so much bigger, he was convincing me that they are the same size while holding and hiding the one from display. I had to ask him 5 times to give me the display to show him that they are not the same size. Are they that desperate to sell anything to you? Could he tell me that they are different size so that we try them on? Anyways, not coming back to that store again. Horrible customer service from the manager!

Walked in there and the first thing the lady told me instead of greeting me was to Either follow the mask mandate rules or to leave. Very unprofessional and I felt attacked and super disrespected. I don't plan on going back to that location if I am going to get attacked by employees about the facemask mandate.

I didn't get anything there but I would have because everything looked so nice, but all I wanted to say was that the staff there are amazing and I'm from out of town and I've never had this good of staff manners in my life, but this place makes you feel good and the people make good conversation with you.

I was in here yesterday early in the day looking for a specific type of shoe. They didn’t end up having it but the guy who was helping me out was so nice and helpful!! I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could shout him out here in the reviews. I’m a short woman that was looking for a specific pair of Ultra Boosts they didn’t end up having but He still showed me all the ones they had and even the boys sizes that would fit me. He was super knowledgeable about all the shoes I was looking at. When he was showing me the Prestos he told me how he recently ran a 5k in them — if this encounter rings a bell I just wanna say thank you for your excellent customer service!!!
