Stop by in hopes of finding a outdoor patio set and Reese was very helpful. We found one I liked and he honor the Sale quote he gave me. I came back the next day, I’m excited to use my new patio set with friends and family! Thank you and will shop her again.

Broadway Furniture is terrific. I went to several furniture stores (among them IKEA) to find what I thought was a hard item: a sleeper sofa for someone on a budget. No luck. I decided to try Broadway Furniture. Was greeted warmly when I walked in by one of the salespeople, Reese. I told Reese what I was looking for, and while he didn't have any sleeper sofas in my price range in the main showroom, he took me to another room with "as-is" furniture at a lower price. I found three sofas I liked and ended up buying one! Reese was very understanding of my hard budget limits and was never pushy, giving me lots of options. Reese helped me get set up with interest-free financing and helped a friend and me load the sofa onto my friend's truck. He provided me with a lot of easy care tips for the fabric as well. A few days later Reese also checked in to see how the sofa was working out! The sofa has worked out well and friends enjoy sleeping on it.It was a good experience for a first-time sofa buyer when I was originally a little intimidated by the purchase. Reese did a terrific job and I'd highly recommend Broadway Furniture.

Top notch superior service from all of the staff from the time you purchase the furniture to delivery! I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars I’m purchasing my third couch over a span of 20 years. I have never been disappointed everyone is cordial, polite, professional, The Best , customer customer service in all of Tigard and Portland and Lake Oswego. Hands-down you’re gonna be happy. the furniture is top quality.

We love this locally owned furniture company. We bought a sectional from them 2 years ago and it’s so comfortable! Last month we noticed 2 parts of the frame were loose and pushing out the back. My husband called Broadway and they had a repairman out to fix it within a week. The repair was perfect and the couch is beautiful again.

Got a great sectional couch for our living room and a couch with reclining ability for my mancave. Great family owned spot with a good selection! I forgot the name of the two delivery men, but they were very determined in the mission of fitting my couch up the stairs and into my room. The job got done!

We got a couch here a few years ago and the couch broke about a year or so into our purchase. However they claimed to not have any record of our warranty on the couch. So guess we are SOL. We did appreciate the free delivery though. Build quality 2/10, customer service 5/10. Wish the furniture market didn't require you to spend over $1500 to get a decent quality couch.

I live in the neighborhood of Broadway Furniture, and Jerry, who helped me, was amazing. I live in a small place and he told me what I needed to do to make sure it fit. He also recommended I get a color. Now months later, I love my grape-colored couch.
