I purchased a men’s wedding ring on July last year by November 3/4 of the blue coating came off took it in they had it for 5 weeks basically said it’s not covered by warranty since it wasn’t wear and tear I absolutely did not have the ring anywhere near harmful stuff and basically said I did something to the ring and only offered 20% off towards a new ring people stay away from here take business elsewhere no good here especially management at the show room are jokes Geneva and other lady didn’t get her name just like the last review material is not good

My husband and I had such an amazing time consulting with the jewelers here and they made it so much fun to pick out rings. We will undoubtedly go back in the future.

We had a disappointing experience with Blue Nile. Seven days after my fiancé proposed a halo diamond fell out. It took about 6 weeks to get it fixed and returned back to us. Upon return, after having it less than 48 hours for the second time, another halo diamond fell out. This is when they decided to inform us this is due to their new vendor and has happened to other people as well. Although we were out of our thirty day window, we requested a full refund for the entire ring. We were provided the options to refund the setting only or get another setting through them, which could be up to another six weeks of waiting time. We decided to take the refund of the setting due to our lack of trust in their quality. Now, we are stuck having to spend more money at another company to rectify Blue Niles poor product. It's frustrating and disappointing to have to invest additional time and money into fixing their absence of product quality. Being engaged for 3 months and only being able to enjoy your ring for roughly nine days is a bummer when it should be a once in a lifetime experience. The employees were nice and it was not their fault, but I would not recommend this company due to their poor product.

I got my engagement ring and wedding band at blue Nile. we went to every jewelry store in the mall as well as several others and found blue now had the best looking rings in my opinion. The sales people were helpful and the in-store experience was good. I also had to call the customer service line a couple times, and had incredible experiences, talking to real human beings on their customer service line.

Alicia was wonderful. Such a kind-hearted sales person. She sold my fiancé and I our wedding bands as well as the engagement ring. Would highly recommend this Blue Nile to anybody in the market for fine Jewelry.

We Purchased a mens gold wedding band from Blue Nile with black titanium inlay.. within a couple weeks the inlay cracked and started to separate from the band. We took the ring to the show room where we purchased the ring. After looking at the ring Blue Nile determined the damage was normal wear and tear. And was not covered by warranty. The ring was in a condition that no one would ware two weeks after the wedding. If wanted to keep the ring we would need to pay for the repair. Or ware with th broken inlay.

Sarah at Blue Nile went above and beyond to help my mom find her dream solitaire diamond ring! She was very couteous, patient and knowledgeable- thanks again!! We had visited Costco, Shane's, Ben Bridge- Blue Nile had the best price for the same color/cut/clarity grade. Highly recommand this store. ??

Terrible experience.I would recommend that you never ever visit this location or purchase a ring online from them. They won't get your ring to you on time. If you send it in for a resizing, they will lose it. Send that one back, they might lose that too. Or they'll just keep telling you to call back in 24-48 hours.

Costumer service at its worst! They were not willing to order diamonds for us. Dint show any interest in showing us what they have in store. The lady behind the counter did not even want to speak. Even after so many bad reviews they choose not to do anything about it.
