Multiple stays. Monthly rates kind of high. Then change of staff! Night staff doesn't communicate with day staff. Really sad, as this place is upper quality, but doesn't communicate amongst themselves for a long term tenant stay. Will not return.

I checked in for an expected 3 day Surgery, and then an unprecedented ice storm occurred. This property is stellar..in its management,(props to Jamie!) as well, from front desk attendants. "Elaina" and "Daniela," were most helpful..aiding me stay an additional 13 day extension..due to the ice storm. "Cole," ( frt desk,) was SUPERIOR, in his superb customer care. He most definitely, deserves awards/a raise! "Cole," aided customers though "panic attacks," calling EMS..then aided me..post-Surgery!! I hope the property sees this review..and accepts my enormous gratitude..for services, well done! Going back in April..after several stays there now..it's another " home." Thanks staff, for exemplary care!

I always enjoy my stay here. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed being able to use the jetted tub after my business meetings everyday.

I really loved the hotel, super clean, nice inside, comfortable. I recommend it. The only bad thing was that one of the exercise machines didn't work.

Location is strange and difficult to get in and out of. Staff was nice enough until the very rude breakfast attendant. Facilities are pretty outdated, bedding was awful, no towels in the pool area, and breakfast was very cold. Pictures are of the stained and torn sheets provided, didn't get Pictures of the broken thermostat.Rooms: The rooms desperately need updating from torn sheets and velvet couchesNoteworthy details: Difficult to drive to and from

This is an update on my earlier review which was negative and has now been deleted because the hotel made good. The long and short of it is that in addition to the $381 charged for a three night stay, upon arrival they requested $150 deposit for incidentals but instead of charging $150, they made a second total charge of $584 so that I had $912 charged to my account at Christmas on a visit to my grandchildren in another state!! it left me overdrawn and in a terrible position that didn’t get corrected until three hours of phone calls back-and-forth from the bank to the motel which finally conceded an emailed my bank. The rooms are very nice and spacious though and clean. They could use shower liners though. oh, and it’s kind of weird getting into the place. There’s only one entrance on the side halfway back and then you have to drive in and kind of loop around.Rooms: The rooms are nice, spacious, and well appointed.Safety: it’s safe.Walkability: You could walk to a few places, but you take your life in your own hands because it’s on a very busy main highway

Beware!!! To be funny this manager Jamie instructs her staff, to not only authorize your card once for your stay, but 3xs! When you ask why, Danielle says you obviously don’t know how travel or credit cards work. Elena said they’re on their 2nd manager in a year, and she does some crazy things. They all throw each other under the bus, the room had zero soap, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers. Heat did not work, when I called the desk, she said she had no idea how to work it, sorry. When I checked out, and expressed my anger, Danielle folded her arms and said Have a Terrible Day. I have reported them to Best Western International. If I don’t see 2 returns to my card for $540.70, and $414.70 I am reporting them to the bank for fraud. I have also lodged a complaint with BBB. Stay at your own risk.

11/26/2023While booking online, I provided all the necessary information, including my address, email, and phone number. However, upon arrival, the staff claimed that they didn't receive the information and asked me to verbally confirm each detail. After painstakingly going through the information, they handed me a sheet of paper and instructed me to write it all down. Strangely, the paper asked, my name, address, email, license plate number, and even my driver's license number, all of which I had verbally confirmed moments before. The strangest part was questioning why the motel needed my driver's license number. When I asked the staff about the necessity, they simply cited it as a policy. I expressed my discomfort in providing such information, but they insisted that without it, I couldn't proceed with the check-in. Frustrated, I decided to cancel my reservation and leave. To this day, I still don't understand why a hotel would require my driver's license number.

Do Not Stay Here! We booked a room for a softball tournament in Newberg a few weeks in advance. We checked it late. When we showed up they gave us a room key for a room someone was literally in when we opened the door. The new room they put us in the door would not open and so after quite awhile they finally got us in a room with no one in it and a door that worked. We were not able to use the bathroom to bath due to black mold all over the walls and ceiling. After all that, at 3 a.m. I woke up to Big Bugs in my bed. I am not making this up. Needless to say I didn’t sleep after that. Did I mention we hade our three kids with us. It was kind of crazy. If you have no other options and you need four walks and a roof I guess it works. But as for my family and myself we will drive as far as we need to in order to stay anywhere else if we play another tournament in the area. I shared with the manager our experience very calm and respectful, she proceeded to let me know they would discount the room $20 for our trouble. Kinda funny.***Quick update: I just read some reviews for this place witch I did not do prior to our stay. I should have. A moth ago there was a review posted highlighting the mold situation. It is safe to say the folks running this place are interested in your money not your stay quality. A number of the reviews have been responded to by the “owner of this best western” I guess I have come to the conclusion in regard to what they care about due to a 30 day window to address a health hazard after reviews being read by the folks in charge and no effort was put forth in order to rectify the issue.

Good location if you need to be in the area, but the room was a bit stale smelling. Opening the window definitely helped. Also, the first room we were given had a door handle that did not work. The front desk said that you needed to pull up first on the handle to get it to work. Seemed like a maintenance problem to me.

Not a great entrance and exit situation. Kind of hard to get to and leave. Service was a bit abrupt. There was a manager, I forgot her name, who I interacted with that was pleasant, and helpful. They messed up the reservation, and charged the wrong card. The room was fantastic, must have been a recent remodel. Comfy, quiet, just nice.I would stay again, but would be more careful about the billing.

Stayed one night because it was conveniently located for us. The room was clean and less dated than you might expect, decent decor. The wallpaper in the bathroom was curling a bit from the moisture, but no weird smells. Pretty much everything you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. The free breakfast was like diy McDonald's mc muffins with the addition of some muffins and a waffle maker, etc., simple and cheap but good enough.- No hairdryer, but an iron and ironing board. Also microwave and mini fridge, which was nice.- Curtains were sheer and did not block light- Soap and shampoo were in dispenser form- No recycling or compost bins- Water bottles only if you were a member, no filtered dispensers in the halls
