I want to give a shout out to Kyle. As a black business owner I cash checks at multiple banks I do not have an account at. This check was only $460 but you would be surprised with the hoops I have to jump thru sometimes. Kyle took my check my two forms of ID and ask me how I wanted my bills back the same way I see so many other people treated that don't look like me. Thank you Kyle.

The older lady at the teller line( with glasses) lacks professionalism. I watched her be extremely rude to the customers in front of me. She has a very negative tone of voice and presents herself very cold and disrespectful.

wanna make a chasiers check? don't bother. there's one there to do it. wanna loan? that person isn't in today. want to close your account? too bad. do it over the phone. why do physical banks even exist if no one can help you.you know who can? Onpoint

Tellers are extremely rude and they won’t even try to help you at all, I went there to get some cash cause I lost my debit card and they refused to give me my own money cause my ID was expired even though I provided them with all the information they needed it also I was even on my mobile app it was ridiculous that they wouldn’t give me my money, also before a requested to get the cash I’ll ask if I could get a temporary debit card she said that I couldn’t that I need to call Custumer service to order a new one or do it online that old lady didn’t even try to guide though the process of getting a new one, horrible customer service, I finally went to a different location with the same exact id and they gave me my money and guided on my phone so I can order a new card.

This is the worst brand you could ever go to, I went there to order a new card cause I lost mine and the teller didn't do anything to help me she told me that I should call Custumer service to get a new one or do it myself on my phone she didn't even try to guide me on my phone to order a new card, then I requested to get some cash she refused to give it to me cause my ID was expired even though I provided her with all the information the needed, I even had the account on my mobile app it was obvious that I was the owner of the account but she didn't give me my money the manager of the branch didn't help either I finally went to a different branch in Beverton with the exact same ID and they gave me the cash I requested and the guided me though the process of getting a new card.
