I had a headlight out and am not mechanically inclined. Andrii (he has a unique name spelling, hope I got ot right!) replaced the bulb for me in the pouring rain, in the dark! What great service. Thank you!

Had decent experiences in the past. However, went in asking for a 2" freeze plug. They refused to look anything up without an vehicle application. Short story go somewhere else these guys are completely reliant on a computer database.

Walking in the store for the first time, I didn't expect the level of customer service, knowledge and professionalism I received from their team. I got an emergency msg on my dashboard about my coolant level being low and then later my engine started having a weird noise. I took my car to Auto Zone and Jesse checked the oil level and sure enough it was almost dry. Ian recommended the type and quantity of oil I should buy and then took care of both the oil and coolant for me. I was really amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful both of them were.

I stopped in today and got great service from Killian. He helped me figure out what I needed, explained my options, and even installed my new head light bulbs. Killian was awesome!

Item I wanted was in stock on the website but not in the store. An associate checked the freight on the floor and in the back, but he couldn't locate any. Good customer service!

Went to another AutoZone store for a possible battery problem. They diagnosed it, but didn't have the battery, so they sent me to this store. Jarren, one of the sales staff, helped me install it. Unfortunately, we hooked it up backwards (+ to -, instead of + to +) and it popped a fuse. Jarren spent the next 30 minutes helping me figure out what went wrong. He was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, despite his best efforts, he could not figure out what was wrong. He recommended a very good electrical expert nearby. As I waited for the tow truck (because it would no longer start), Killian, another employee, came out to see if he could figure out what went wrong. He looked things over, and he identified the popped fuse. He checked and got a replacement fuse from the store. He installed it. The battery worked, and the car started like new! Jarren and Killian were awesome! They really know their stuff, they were both very professional, and they both just wanted to help people. Great customer service!!

I really enjoyed being laughed at by Ivan when I presented my card for veterans discount. Even offer my copies of the DD214 (military discharge documents). I know myself, spouses, family & other vets who have decided to go elsewhere.

Maya, Brody, and Teddy were all extremely helpful. I drove 45 mins to the store for parts my local stores didn't stock. All three employees helped me individually and showed professionalism. All three associates were calm, collected, and informative. Good job autozone!

I wanted to give a big thank-you to Teddy. He went above and beyond and helped me get my ac unit in my car running again and I wouldn't of been able to if it wasn't for him. This store has a lot of good guys working their and it is my go to store and I couldn't be happier. If you have car problems this is the autozone to go to. Thank you again Teddy you are my heat saver

Staff didn’t greet me. But they greeted the white old women right after me? It took me forever to find what I wanted. There was only three customers inside. Staff never came to help me. They saw me in the store for about 20 mins looking around. So this is the worst Auto Zone I ever Been to compared to the ones all over CA. No worth coming here again.

Waiting 20+ minutes on hold after my husband was waiting on hold to source a part for my car. He had to drive 18 miles to the store while I was at home with our children. I was on hold when he walked into the store, no customers in shop, five people working. When he asked them why I was still on hold, no apologies were made, they just said "I don't know."This after another AutoZone closer to us sold us the wrong part. Absolutely horrendous service.

I needed to get some parts to fix my car because I had a part go out. So we called, and they had the part we needed to fix it. Went in to get the part and then asked if they had a gasket for just the intake manifold. They said that they did! I ended up getting a whole kit, not just the gasket I needed. After we got the part installed, I was able to drive home and return the old part to get my core deposit back. On the website, it didn't state that the part I was buying was remanufactured, but it did on the box. I was a little surprised to discover that after installing it on my vehicle!

Best auto zone I have been to hands down. Like seriously, very knowledgeable, very kind, and absolutely friendly service. Brody was the best part about my expirence there. He genuinely let me try out what I was buying before i purchased it, as long as I left my ID there, which I was completely happy to do!! He totally made me feel like I was trustworthy which is so rare these days in places like this. It seems like everyone normally has a chip on thier shoulder in the retail stores lately and paranoid to the hilt. I get theft is a huge problem but Brody didn't make me or anyone els in the store uncomfortable not the least bit. He was very genuine and aprochable. He was busy but quick to help anyone that was in need, including his fellow teammates. I was so pleased leaving autozone. He even gave me some great advice on the product I was purchasing as well!!. Thank you autozone for having such a great employee representing your store. Awesome job Brody!! I will recommended THIS autozone over any of the car parts stores 100%!!
