I brought my car in on July 5th to get evaluated seeing that this location was a USAA approved and Tesla approved collision center. They said it was totaled within one minute of looking at the car and said that they would send in the paperwork to USAA to start the claim. It is now September 9th and USAA still has not received the required paperwork from the shop. I have contacted the shop about nine times throughout this process and they keep telling me they don't know how to load it in to the system, there's a system error so they can't load it into the system, they're waiting for USAA to give them an authorization code even though I gave them the original quote which is all they needed. Each time I get a different story from them about why they can't figure it out even though they are a USAA approved body shop. USAA has been trying to contact them to get this corrected for over 2 months and they still can't seem to figure out how to load basic paperwork into the system. Definitely one of the most incompetent shops that have ever encountered and I would definitely take it to another location if you're considering them. Delaying somebody's claim for over 2 months, expecting them to pay out of pocket for rental fees and never giving a call back with an update after numerous requests... That should make anyone not want to use this location.

I had a low-speed fender bender backing up in a parking lot. You can see the minor damage in the photo. It took Crash Champions forever to get me in, but the painful part was that they kept it for 61 days. 61 days! My insurance paid for a rental for less than half that time. It was a very frustrating experience.

Love Crash Champions!! They were great about handling the insurance end, the rental car set up and shuttle to go get it. And kept me in the loop on their progress. They did a fabulous job of matching my old car (2008 Subaru Outback). It looks so good!!

I was initially excited to bring my car here because finding a tesla certified bodyshop is extremely difficult and other bodyshops wont service your car if they aren't. that being said i think that is why this business knows they have leverage over the customer. Its the "take what you get and like it" situation or bring your car back for another 3 weeks at your expense. i worked in a bodyshop paint shop for 8 years so i have a tendency to roller nose repairs but these were glaring mistakes indicative of rushing work. my car is brand new 2.5 years old and when i first brought it in i was told i could pay the difference for a new bumper cover and the part would be in when i dropped my car off. then came the day i dropped my car off and i was greeted by a different estimator, Chase, that proceeded to do a new estimate for my vehicle. when i asked if my new bumper cover was in he said i don't know anything about that. then i was told after my car was in the shop that it would be an extra 4-5weeks to wait for the bumper cover. i reluctantly agreed to a repaired bumper on my new vehicle. Fast forward to the day before my pick up and i kept receiving the texts that my vehicle would be ready the next day so i tried to call 3 times for a time to pick it up and kept getting put on hold or no one knew. the same thing happened the day of pick up, up until 415pm and they closed at 5 on a friday. i picked my car up after hours and had enough light to see that the metallics on the brand new hood were totally mottled, there was a bunch of dirt in the clear coat on the passenger fender that hadnt been cut and rubbed out. there were obvious paint masking edges in the fender rails. the worst was the poor application of the hood badge, the spacing was totally off and there are deep scratches around the badge like they were using a steak knife blind folded to apply it. i have pictures to prove it. those dark streaks on the hood arent clouds, that the mottled metallic base coat. I really dont trust them with my car and dont have the time to take it back and pay for a rental due to the fact i work in an understaffed hospital 50+ hours a week and recently have had to take care of a sick family member. If your thinking about this bodyshop i would say stay far far away, especially if you own a tesla

Team did a good job repairing my 2023 Tesla Model Y. Took a couple of months to get in due to being the only local Tesla authorized repair center in the area. Communication was decent and the people were friendly. I would use them again, but hopefully I won't need too! :)

Great communication, paint and body work is on point, no orange peel and the color match is almost exactly the same as OEM. They even went as far as making sure my aftermarket wheels were covered through insurance and sent my vehicle to a neighboring shop to have it realigned. They were very nice and easy to work with as well. I would recommend to my family and friends.
