“This is actually my 2nd time living here. I was able to stay with my daughter years ago and couldn't believe all the features and how well maintained the property is. From the moment you walk in the office and meet the staff, you feel welcome. I've lived in apartments for a good part of my life, and I have to say this is by far one of the nicest, and most welcoming places you could want to live. We have a gym, a movie theater, and a pool and jucuzzi too. If you're looking for a great place to live that makes you feel welcome, I highly recommend coming over and meeting the staff and let them show you around.”
“any well furbished home with good appliances will have the occasional need for Appliance repair .. we did recently wlhen our ice maching failed .. We place a work order via the resident portal and within 24 hours we came home on a hot day to find we had ICE .../that made us HAPPY campers!”

I’ve never had any issues with sounds from my neighbors, and I feel safe in the Aster Tower. It’s so nice to have a concierge available 24/7. Arely is especially helpful!!”
“What a property! Everybody who works there is so nice starting with Nick and Alex in the leasing office. They are truly as good as it gets. Maintenance keeps the property always looking pristine. The amenities are great, the year round pool is a plus! They put on different events for the residents throughout the year such as live music by the pool, set up a big screen for a movie night outside, Easter egg hunt for the kids. I would recommend this property to anybody!”

“Ive lived here for a year and the building is really well managed. The building feels safe and secure as they have security on site during off hours. If you have any maintenance requests they will take care of them quickly. Ive also never had any issues with all the packages I get sent to me with the locker system. The gym, lobby, game room, rooftop and bike room are all great as well. Overall Maestro has been good for me.”
“Love this place! Have had so many great experiences with the staff, Sarah, Jamira and Kristen are amazing and put up with all my questions. Block17 is in a great location too, very walkable and pet friendly. Lots of great amenities like the roof, you can’t beat that view! This building is one of the few that does building events like a happy hour or workout classes seriously you don’t get that everywhere!”
“I couldn't say better things about the management at Beaver Creek Apartments other than they are the absolute best at "customer satisfaction". I'd moved away from Beaver Creek last year, but by mistake directed an Amazon package to be delivered at my old address. I contacted Amanda (apartment manager), and she personally retrieved the package and took care of it's being returned to me. She could've very easily ignored me (as a former resident), but I couldn't have asked for a more professional, caring attitude on her part. They are the best!”

“I live in the 3rd floor so no mold issues here. I am very sensitive to mold. I’ve been here 2 years and have had nothing but good things to say. Its quiet. The people in my unit are very kind. The manager Sean is on top of everything and is very kind. The maintenance guys are very prompt and get the job done!I love that there is no pet rent, also the rent is affordable. No complaints. I would definitely recommend this place…”
“Looking for an apartment in Portland can be tough and challenging. Many property managers don't reply to your inquiries or don't read the messages you send them, forcing you to restart dialogues over. It's a frustrating process. I got lucky with Overlook 2730 though. Eugenia and Collin were excellent with their communication, quick to work with me on filling out an application and great at answering my questions. If you're feeling stuck trying just to talk to someone at other apartments, give Overlook 2730 a try.”
“Clean and safe, lots of green space very good for dogs. Management has been great. Groundskeeper/maintenance guys are quick to respond skillful friendly and respectful of property. Good neighbors and community. All units especially the bottom floor have great patios and direct access to open spaces for dogs. People actually pick up their poop for the most part too. That says a lot haha”

“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

“I moved in to this wonderful apartment less than a week ago. I discovered that one toilet seat was loose on one side, and one end vertical blind was missing. I put in a maintenance request on Monday night, when I got home from work Tuesday afternoon, both had been replaced! They even followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Great service at my new place, I'm thrilled to be living in a somewhere I'm comfortable and feel like I matter. I couldn't be happier! Truly!”
