Every time I have called the pharmacy, they do not pick up. I’m talking multiple days, and different hours of their day, and no one answers. The pharmacy has messed up my medication once already, switching out my medicine with something I was not prescribed, and I worry they’ll do it again and I won’t notice. Today I called the pharmacy and no answer. I called the store to see if they’re open because of the snow, and the man on the other end was super short with me and incredibly rude “they’re open yes they’re open” and hung up on me. I am officially taking my medications elsewhere. This stores customer service is terrible.

Last time we will be spending our money here. They are always out of essentials, produce, and the prices!? No Parsley, Kale, Lettuce, out of Eggs, Olives. The checkout experience was awful as well, cashier says nothing, so slow we bagged out own groceries or we would have been their for another 15 minutes. Get in stock and do better.

My neighborhood Albertsons...erm, Safeway... Albertsons... Safeway ??? - okay, I'll stop. Very friendly staff. Get the app, shop the sales, & get to know your neighbors.

Update 12/23/23: Since my original review Albertson's has been converted to a Safeway. The store itself has been updated, slightly and I think for the good. I prefer to buy my fresh meats and produce here, and can usually find everything I need all at this one store. Otherwise, I have not experienced any significant change in products or prices - maybe more products? As for the app, I do feel like it has significantly improved - it's much more intuitive and the scanning function works well. Am I happy that I need to do an extra step for the savings - no, but the annoyance is offset by the savings. -------------This is my neighborhood grocery store. Overall, it serves its purpose. The selection of products is satisfactory. I have noticed that shelves are sometimes empty - but not sure if that's a supply chain or store issue. One thing I do not like is the discount/savings app. I don't like that you need to scan barcodes on sale tags or load coupons in the app prior to check out. I find it cumbersome and lots of times discriminatory towards people who may not have a phone, older clientele who might not be tech savvy or for people who don't want to download a grocery store app.

I am not sure where to start. Employees on there phones all over the store and self check out. Multiple groups of employees just walking around talking. 3 items purchased were outdated by a week. Definitely going elsewhere from now on.

It's just a regular Safeway. Their produce for whatever reason doesn't last more than a day but you also have to dig through the selections because there are almost always containers of semi moldy fruit mixed in everywhere. Otherwise it's fine

I hate this store now. Even though Albertsons was the same company, it was very convenient and price reasonable for this area. How the hell do you have 2 Safeways literally 2 blocks from each other. You have driven out price competition, and your consumers are stuck with what's in the area. I have noticed prices going up right after the remodel. Your new employees don't know anything about the store, and EVERYTHING has changed. This is coming from someone who actually worked at this building when it was Albertsons. Your company is horrible. I wish I could say you lost a customer but I have no where else to go. Shame on you Safeway.

It has become our favorite grocery store. Parking is easy and wide. I hope that they maintain the the store as well as cleanliness. Bravo.

The Asian kid, Mathias in produce has such great customer service!!!! Definitely makes shopping easier when you have someone who knows their stuff and is on top of their work! He went above and beyond in my opinion. I’ll definitely be returning to shop here from now on out
