Plenty of parking, very friendly employees that are more than Will ng to offer to find items for you. The shelves are always very neat and the store is very clean. Great deli, bakery and Starbucks.

Fully stocked grocery store with deals if you have the app and clip all of the available coupons for items you are buying. Pretty good selection of fresh foods, in addition to all of the items that are non-perishable. It’s nice having so close to where I live.

This morning I had a checker that I thought was being rude/helpless to me and the customer behind me. No greeting from her, just casually scanning my groceries. The gentlemen behind me asked a question on a product. The checker shrugged her shoulders and said, "how should I know?"
I let the person know that was working the self checkout that my checker was rude and unhelpful. She informed me that the checker was special needs. That is all fine except for Safeway is setting this young girl up to fail and for the store to fail. Safeway put her in a position to work with customers, and she obviously cannot do this part of the job. She needs an aid to help her, or Safeway needs to train her better. If she cannot perform the duties of a checker, she needs a different position that she can succeed in. Shame on Safeway for setting her up to fail.

Every time I have called the pharmacy, they do not pick up. I’m talking multiple days, and different hours of their day, and no one answers. The pharmacy has messed up my medication once already, switching out my medicine with something I was not prescribed, and I worry they’ll do it again and I won’t notice. Today I called the pharmacy and no answer. I called the store to see if they’re open because of the snow, and the man on the other end was super short with me and incredibly rude “they’re open yes they’re open” and hung up on me. I am officially taking my medications elsewhere. This stores customer service is terrible.

Last time we will be spending our money here. They are always out of essentials, produce, and the prices!? No Parsley, Kale, Lettuce, out of Eggs, Olives. The checkout experience was awful as well, cashier says nothing, so slow we bagged out own groceries or we would have been their for another 15 minutes. Get in stock and do better.
