I had 3 of my cars detailed through Able Car Care.All 3 cars have different colors and the friendly owner knows every single details about how to treat each colored paints differently and what products to use to shine them right.Definitely worth more than a 5 star and always coming back.

I bought Groupons for both our vehicles. One is a BMW and the other a well used Jeep. I had no problems scheduling appointments, and even got a reminder text to verify the appointment. Jack is super friendly and I am super happy with our sparkling clean rides!

Jack went above and beyond to remove the effects of a spilled gallon of milk from my 80 year old mother's car. He is kind, fair, and very professional. He earned my recommendation, as well as that of my husband who doesn't give his easily.

I hate, hate, hate to leave a negative review but I'm not sure how else to get the attention of Able Car Care. I bought a groupon for car detailing, and October 2nd got a notification that the Groupon has been used. I called ACC to ask what had happened, and the person i spoke to chalked it up to human error. During that phone call I made an 8am appointment for 10/23. I showed up for my appointment to find the door locked and no one there. I waited for 20 minutes, still nothing. I called multiple times that morning, nothing. It has been weeks now, and I've called multiple times, sent emails, and still nothing.

I know in small businesses things happen and mistakes can be made, but no-call no-showing a client, and then ignoring all their communication is pretty egregious. I hope I will have the opportunity to edit this review to reflect the quality of service rather than the lack there of.

I purchased a Groupon for this company. I this website states that you must have an appointment. I have been calling for a week. No one answers. No one returns my calls. If this is a legitimate business, they do not have good business practices. This is my last attempt to contact them before I file a refund with Groupon.

They were friendly and quick, and pretty thorough. They did a good job cleaning both inside and out. The cars look good. They asked if there was anything I wanted them to focus on and they were able to lessen a stain off the headliner! They seemed very knowledgeable about how to clean cars. I do feel like they could have paid a little more attention to details. For example, I ended up scraping a bug off the windshield and I had to ask to get some crumbs out of the hand brake (which they happily did). They said steamed the seats, but there were still some stains that didn't come out. I sprayed some vinegar on them today and rubbed them with a paper towel and the look much better, so it makes me wonder.
