Overpriced. Itchy. Everything made in Asia. You're paying for the brand, not quality. Read what the material is made out of.
I see people saying the employees are mean and miserable. Well yes, they are and here's why - the employees get bullied by the managers then the employees take their aggression out on the customers because they can't take it out on their higher ups or they get fired. Customer service will always suffer when management is weak.

Bought a shirt for my kid and wanted to exchange for a different size and they charged me twice for the exchange! And was told the mantras on the phone! Waited for 20-30 minutes for the manager to come out and she never did!

Please be aware that most, if not all, workers will be teenagers like many malls all over America(kids themselves)so be patient and kind.They can't learn if they're not allowed to make mistakes. For example, look at that angry lady below me complaining about fifty-five cents. The logical and actual reason that happened is because the employee hit the number 1 key twice by accident. I'm sure the employee learned to slow down from now on.To many of the parents/guardians: You need to watch your kids, period. End of story. If you need a place to sit and there's no where else to sit then leave the store this is not a place to sit down anywhere you want just like most stores in the mall. Walk your lazy butt to the 4 benches right outside the store I'm trying to shop and you're in my way.To the cashiers: Slow the f down and chilllll. Even if there's a rude customer it's better to go at your own pace and do it right vs rushing and doing it wrong. When you guys put clothes away you need to slow down as well it's not that serious.As for the clothes they're great thank you.To everyone: A little patience and kindness goes a very long way.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I was charged 11 times for a paper bag! This is theft and will be contacting corporate. I bought 2 items and they charged me for 11 bags?? Be careful when checking out. Make sure to look at your receipt carefully. I CANT BELIEVE A STORE THIS BIG WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS

I’ve been to this place so many times and the prices over there are so high. When I needed help one of the employees over there were so rude and disrespectful. They have Absolutely NO respect. The cloths I bought there starting Itching so bad that I had to go back and return them. I recently stopped shopping here and I am shopping in a nicer place with nice people in it. Please don’t Shop here. You will regret it. The employees were joking around when I needed help. This place is TRASH!!!!!!!!!!

Awful employees, I understand if your having a bad day. However throwing clothes in a customer's face and shaming them for mistaking an item that was in clearance for being on sale when it wasn't... Maybe they should have gone through the clearance section and made sure the correct items were in there before snapping at me. If your reading this as a customer, I would suggest going to American Eagle Outfitters the employees are super nice and helpful. It can also be cheaper there (depending on sales, lol) and doesn't smell like the dropped a galleon of cologne in the air conditioner too. Buckle is super cool too, a little pricy but at least they have employees that do their job.

What a STENCH, store is so overloaded with perfume /cologne I couldn't bear more than 20 seconds inside - I ought to file assault charges for the ensuing headache I went home with. Jackasses.

Today my daughters, grandchildren & I went into the Abercrombie at Washington sq. store for kids. While we were in there we got asked if we needed help & we did we needed the coat of the mannequin. When we asked if they could get it for us they were very rude about it & asked us if we were sure that's the right one. Let me remind you that was the "manager" who was treating us very rudely. Although we had one young sales girl who was very helpful. But she kept referring back to her manager about giving us the sizes off their display. When my young grand daughters went to try on their clothing they told us that they had to get separate changing rooms, while they let other young kids who asked for a dressing room share one. We thought it was strange that it was a problem to share a dressing room so we asked & the sales girl told us its store policy 1 person per changing room. Which obviously didn't apply to the other girls & their mom who shared their dressing room. Our experience today in Abercrombie kids was the worst customer service I've ever dealt with & it being the manager. Everyone working in the store acted like their job was the worst job. None of them except 1 sales lady was friendly the others never smiled, nor talked nicely to us. If I ever do come back to shop at this store I hope we get treated with respect. As of today & the experience I had there I wont be back to Abercrombie Kids.
