Similar to other reviews…. Not enough cashiers. It would be really easy for someone folding clothes to come over and assist. But the workers DO NOT CARE about customer experience. Please staff your store and train your staff.

My sister was in line checking out and i was next in line right behind her, the worker helping us went to break after she finished my sisters order and didn’t say anything to us. So i had my clothes at the register waiting for a worker to come check me out, then a guy comes to the register next to me and starts helping the people behind me. He completely ignored the fact that i was next in line even though i already had my clothes on the countertop and was clearly the next one up. Ended up putting the clothes back because you guys don’t know customer service, thank you.

I was here a few days ago and had to wait in a line 12 people deep while one person worked the register. Meanwhile, other employees came and went behind the register, chatting with each other, pretending to look busy, leaning against the counter, and discussing what drink their coworkers should get for them from the mall. All while ignoring the HUGE line of people waiting to check out. The store was also a disorganized mess. Don't waste your time.

Jeans are well-made… But midrise is definitely high-rise well above my belly button and waist line so uncomfortable when i sit ….Not feeling like I got what I paid for here

Horrific manager, needs to be fired. I can’t believe how disrespectful and rude he was to not only me but his staff. Refused to look at my receipt and give me the proper refund for an order made within a 30 day window. His staff looked terrified of him and was stressed out, he treated them poorly and was rushing guests between transactions. The store wasn’t busy. He really gave a distasteful appearance and treatment to me and others around. It’s a shame he is the manager for store like that.
