This is definitely my the most favorite 7-Eleven not only is the customer service grade A but the customers all know the employees and the employees all know the customers it's a good feeling to go in and see somebody you recognize all the time rather than somebody knew that you don't really have any clue about I enjoy seeing the employees here they're all great really cool people and always there to help and crack a joke or two to enhance the mood or even just casual conversation I love these people they are awesome and never done me wrong and I will say this they do a good job of always having a solid attitude the whole time their job a lot of jobs people show their tiredness heavy eyes and that they just can't take it anymore I mean I see that every day at stores the hours of these people work and maintaining a good and respectful manner is priceless you guys are always there to crack a smile and the women are always there to make you laugh I love this place

The person(s) behind the counter are always great. They are friendly, efficient, helpful, and keep things in line. I've never had any problems. Clean, generally well stocked, thry save you in a pinch for less than riteaid

Don't ever go to the 7-Eleven. They don't give you the promotions on the food like they're supposed to. They charged me $3 for a big bite hot dog and they lied about their machines being broke and their slurpee machine is broken right now

clerk was an as* hole today. i'm twelve and tried to get a redbull from THIS 711 the clerk said i can't sell the redbull to you. it's not illegal to sell energy drinks or coffee to a minor, I have bought energy drinks and coffee from this 711 at least 5 times and also from other 7-Elevens near this location and had no problem buying them terrible service do not go here!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I’m blown away!!!I have been to 3, 7-11 locations around my area looking for 7-11 gift cards. I tried calling this location to confirm if they had the amount of cards I needed to purchase, before driving across town to get them. The other locations didn’t have any.This lady that answered the phone was beyond rude, shouting “I’m too busy to look!” And HUNG UP on me before I could even tell her I’m happy to hold.Called her back, asked her nicely for what I needed to which she hung up on me AGAIN.I called back two more times to where she didn’t even answer.Finally the third try calling back, she answered again and wouldn’t even let me talk. Shouted at me, “Look, IM TOO BUSY AND I CANNOT HELP YOU” And hung up on me AGAIN!!!I was already on my way to the store when, finally, I drove in, a couple minutes later… the store was EMPTY; plus she had a coworker next to her who she could have easily asked for help. MIND YOU, the gift card rack is literally over her shoulder. Wouldn’t have taken her more than a simple turn of her neck to see that there were gift cards available.I greeted her with a, “I believe you were the one that hung up on me three times”. It wasn’t worth my time trying to go off on her about how rude she was. She passed the cards to the kind gentleman coworker of hers to help me, knowing full well she had been BEYOND rude.UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do better.

Been going here for some time because its fast and easy in my work day. Every time I've been there I am disappointed due to rude employees. They look down on guests that aren't Mexican and I find that quite rude. I myself am half Mexican, but don't look it much, and being discriminated against is very upsetting. I wish I could point out one single staff member who is rude but quite frankly its all of them.

So I missed my train and because I ran to get it I was sweating badly and it is 38° outside, so I walked to 7-Eleven and there's a language barrier so I could not get her name, but she let me take my windbreaker my backpack my hat and my sweater off so that I could cool down and she honestly saved my job. Can we please make this wonderful woman at manager and give her a raise?

I was surprised my Chase card actually works at this location since it's declined at every other location which is really embarrassing. My interactions with both employees were pleasant. Very nice people! Had an issue with a purchase and the cashier fixed it without a problem. I will go out of my way to visit this store again.

I felt so discriminated in this store a women with blondish was every rude to my husband and told him he was dirty when he just went to check out. And put her hands on my husband and he also said that he watched her put dounuts in the case with no gloves on!!!! And and tried to touch his donuts that he had in his bad and he told her don’t be putting her hands in our bag of food. And tried to say she was manger of store so unprofessional of a manger!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR DOUNTS OR SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE DISCRIMINATED!
