I placed a order for photo book and one of the photos was placed upside down :( not sure I will do it again

The people here are always so helpful & understanding. Even when I was having an rough day & was upset about my RX not being ready. She took the time to ask if I was OK, then went out of her way to make sure my RX was filled before I ran out. Then APOLOGIZED to me!!! The people are why I never change pharmacies!
