Just had our oil changed and it took them almost 2 hours! Not only did they charge for the oil change they also charged 100.15 for labor what a rip off we will not be back

Great buying experience. Our second new Subaru from this store, though the ownership has changed. They bettered another dealership’s offer. Went out of their way to find the model and color we wanted. The day after we had signed the loan at a better rate than our bank and even our credit union offered they called us to say they had made a mistake and it should have been a percentage point lower and could we come back again and re sign at the lower rate. The gave us a brief overview of what the car can do. Told us to make notes to come back in a month to ask about the very complicated advanced electronics or to stop by anytime to get questions answered.

I love this Subaru maintenance shop. I came to them after an accident asking for help taping my fender so I could make it home, which is 1.5 hours away from The Dalles. They were so accommodating, caring and kind.
Because of this I switched my Subaru maintenance shop from near my home to near my work. They never fail to surpass my expectations. If you live in or near the central Columbia River Gorge consider using Tonkin Subaru. I believe they will surpass your expectations as well.
