Rite Aid is a leading drug store chain offering pharmacies, health and wellness products, photo printing, and a Rewards program. The store is noted for being very clean. The staff and retail part of the store are consistently described as great, friendly, kind, respectful, efficient, and helpful. The pharmacists and techs are caregivers who care about you. Many customers appreciate the short wait times, with no long lines at the pharmacy or register, and calls are answered right away. The environment is LGBTQ friendly. However, some find the pharmacy terribly slow, with prescriptions not ready at the promised time. Despite being busy, the staff maintains a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere where customers feel understood.
The Dalles Rite Aid pharmacy has really stepped up their game.

I needed a cane tip for my cane. There was only one size available so I asked the gal in charge at the cash register area. She said it probably isn't large enough, but took the cane and worked and worked with until it fit perfectly. It will last as long as the cane!

I wish I could give 5 stars, my problem is not with service, nor with Staff. Standing to wait in line for Rx, is impossible for me, physically. Every visit customers echo this issue. There needs to be a 'sit in line' process, get benches and 'take a numbers'
