Went in today because I needed to upgrade my phone, not on their compatibility list though it is technically compatible. So was a bit frustrated going in but the customer service was great and now $50 later I have a much better phone. Thank you!

Phones are not that great they don't work maybe a year and the service at desk is not thier falt when trying to help phone serve on line help and is long wait all they say buy another phone or you have to pay INSURANCE for fixing phone that is well, you could imagine what I feel about cricket??

NEVER OPEN ON SATURDAYS. You can call the store to hear their REAL hours but there is still no one manning the store for service questions or products. If store is closed due to Covid or other reason, would appreciate signage at store to reflect current hours and closure reason.

The gentleman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and was dealing with some craziness. This kid should be like an executive or something. The guy was bilingual and was literally helping Spanish speaking customers at the same time. Kudos bro!

Dissappointed was forced into buying a new phone in order to add hotspot. Cricket support was of no help. They threatened to cut off my service if I did not add the hotspot to my service. Poor customer service on Cricket corporation not the retailer.

They guy helped me out a lot he fixed my phone I'm very happy
